My provider hadn’t responded to my messages and she promptly reassigned me and within minutes I was in contact with a new provider. The pharmacy is also very fast with my prescription so far and I’ve been happy with their home delivery service as well. Thank you so much!!

It was easy
It was easy, user friendly, and quick. I was a bit panicked for a few days because I was afraid I gave $500 to a scam, even though I did some research with good reviews. Some positive ETA would have eased my mind a bit. I had to email on day 3 to see if it would arrive before I went away. I was responded to quickly, and the Rx arrived on day 4

Secure patient
At first, I was not sure about all the process and the follow up and if it was ok for me whit my medical file. I had a good exchange whit the medical team, and we decide that it was ok for me and we decide all the steps to establish my treatment. All along my treatment, I was coached, my questions answered. I am satisfied.

Very thought assessment
Very thought assessment, easy questionnaire, quick delivery of medication ,easy to print a lab requisition . The only thing I was charged $99 for health assessment and I read on a website that it would be free. Would it be possible to reimburse me for that amount of money ? Or use it for my next refill of Mounjaro .
