Great wallet I love my

May have taken a while to get here, but I love the wallet. Exactly what I needed

Had this wallet for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with it. All my cards fit neatly in the slot, plus I've still got a but of room for a bit of cash. The coin section is perfect for that £1 trolley coin, but don't try and fill it up - if you need to carry lots of coins then this isn't for you.
No obvious wear n tear yet.

Please avoid this company at all cost! I placed an order but changed my mind because I've seen they've just slapped a logo in a product that is made in China and sell for cheap thru Chinese e-commerce sites like Temu. I know it's my fault for not checking the product first because I got excited. Few minutes after the purchase I tried finding a cancel button but to no avail so I emailed them my intent of cancellation. They replied and refused to honor my cancellation stating that "Upon checking, your order has already been processed for shipment. Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order at this time.
" It's not even 24 hours! I don't want to deal with the return process and I just want my money back. Absolute worst company! They don't even have a professional email domain and used a free one @gmail.com! Talk about professionalism. Anyways, Please avoid at all cost!

Ordered the Obsidian (Black) wallet from Forge Wallet, it took over 2 weeks to arrive which is way higher than they claim. When it arrived I unfortunately have received the brown variant (I've sent an email to support and I'm awaiting a response).

The wallet itself seems okay, but I've found multiple identical products on sites such as Temu that cost around £5 (6x cheaper than Forge Wallet), so while I can't say for certain I'm highly suspecting this is some sort of drop shopping company reselling a £5 Temu wallet with a high markup.

Trust Pilot doesn't allow me to add the links in the review but you can see the colours, style and function are identical.

Therefore, in my opinion this is just a Temu product with Forge branding sold for 6x more.

small and fit

The quality of the leather looks good, though just a couple of weeks in the stretch marks from the 3 coins I have in it are starting to show. 3 coins (a £1, 20p, and 10p) are pretty much all I can get in there without it bulging as well. Inside, for notes, the holder for them looks a bit brittle and doesn't look like it would stand up to constant long term use, and I had to fold my notes to get them in there, and even then they stick out, though the outer flap folds over them as long as you don't have too many.

The main card storage is OK, though I've only managed to get 5 in mine, though one of those is quite thick so I'd probably get 6. Like the flap card storage, the cards are a very tight fit in but that does mean they are unlikely to fall out accidentally. The pop-up mechanism works well however, nearly always displaying the cards nicely, but you'll need to know which one is which instinctively or from their colour as they don't show much of themselves when popped up. If you're a multiple business card, or multiple loyalty or membership card carrier this isn't the wallet for you. I got my drivers licence and another card in the outermost flap and a business card in the inner one and that's about it.

This was a reasonably priced wallet when compared to other similar ones with coin slots, but I'm not sure I'd buy another one. Forge were helpful when I enquired about my shipment but don't tell you it's coming from China so you're going to have a long wait for it. Evri do the UK part of the delivery, so buyer beware!

I have owned this wallet for around 6 months and it has started to fall apart. The leather is starting to split on the folds and is coming from the metal part of the wallet. The mechanism for lifting the card out of the wallet getting jammed and does not hold the cards securely. Overall I'm very disappointed and I will be going back to an ordinary wallet.

Wallet arrived missing the card insert, two emails to customer service to ask for a return and no reply. Quality of what arrived was also not good.

Ordered weeks ago, still not arrived, tracking not functioning. Got this email to provide a rating, if you tap on 4-5 stars it takes you to the review page, if you tap on 1-3 stars it just takes you to their website! Shady, will be looking for a refund whether or not it turns up.

Update: requested a refund, still not received - they say there were mistakes and the wallet has been received back at their warehouse - refund not possible, only reshipment?! Even though I'm going to send it back anyway?! Awful delivery times, awful customer service, and reading all the other reviews (which I should have done first) the quality is awful too. Avoid!!!

When you use the inner pockets, inserting one card in each pocket, the wallet gets bulky and diffucult to close. The magnet is to weak and the wallet gets a bit skewed. It is also quite hard to insert cards in the plastic slider and at least one card out of 4 is a bit lose. Finally, it is very difficult to use the bank note holder/clip, very tight and fiddly.

Well … for starters the card carrier is plastic , yup .. plastic , had mine 2 weeks and the button to eject the card has already snapped off. Set that aside and if you put the amount of cards in as described … it won’t shut , another nightmare, so mine is going back. If they try to charge me for returning it , I will just go through my credit card and ask for full refund due to consumer goods act, it’s absolutely not of merchantable quality.

Oh and the money clip , hah…. Useless

Think I will try a ridge wallet as someone else on here said this was a cheap copy of.

I was under the impression that this was an American company which it’s not. Shipped from china. Wallet seems to look and work fine so far. Found after reading some reviews I could have found the same product on temu for 1/3 of the price.

I expect more from forge Company , my wallet coming with defect , I send the email and straight way the customer service give option to send me another one but I have to pay the postage. Don’t make sense . Quality it’s poorly

This wallet is perfect for compact usage.

Quality very good. I used to use a big leather wallet with lot of stuff in there. Now everything fits in the Forge wallet perfectly even though it looks small. The best wallet I've ever had.
