Replaced my old bulky wallet with the forge carbon wallet. It’s much slimmer and more comfortable in my pocket. rfid protection gives some extra peace of mind. It arrived in good condition. Everything went smooth.

Wallet is fine. I bought two card holders 5 weeks ago.
I also bought the Tracking card.

However the tracking card is rubbish. Battery is flat in it. Do not buy.

The forge carbon wallet looks modern and simple. It’s light but feels strong enough for daily use.

I am on my 3rd replacement tracker card as the first two never got delivered despite repeated requests for an update. I have never encountered such a useless company and its courier service. Do not buy from this company as I don’t believe I will ever get my delivery.

I placed an order with Forge during their advertised 2-for-1 promotion, as I was looking to purchase a new wallet. After ordering, they contacted me to say they were experiencing high demand in the run-up to Christmas, which I accepted given the time of year.

Only one wallet arrived two days before Christmas. As it was a busy period, I reasonably assumed the second promotional item would follow separately.

When no further item arrived after Christmas, I contacted Forge for clarification. I was then told that I had supposedly cancelled one of the wallets and had only ordered a single item. This is simply not true. I signed up during the 2-for-1 promotion and retained screenshots and confirmation evidence clearly showing the offer applied to my order.

Their proposed resolution was to send the second wallet if I paid an additional €10 for postage. I find this unacceptable. The promotion advertised two wallets for the price of one, and I completed my purchase on that basis. I should not be required to pay extra to receive what was originally offered.

I responded outlining this and requesting clarification, but I have not received any further reply.

In my view, the way this promotion has been handled raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. At best, it reflects very poor order management and customer service. At worst, it gives the impression of a misleading promotional strategy.

The wallet itself is average in quality and does not appear particularly durable, but the main issue here is the customer experience and the handling of the promotion.

I would strongly advise anyone purchasing under a promotional offer to keep detailed records and screenshots. Based on my experience, I wouldn't order from them again.

Ordered two Forge wallets for my brother and myself.
Simply awesome, quality, strong, functional ergonomically accurate design. The only wallet today’s man needs.
Maybe add another wallet colour such as a tan brown?

I ordered two wallets after seeing multiple advertisements on Instagram and Facebook. While the promotional deal seemed attractive, I was initially hesitant due to several negative reviews mentioning non-delivery issues and poor customer support.

I did receive both wallets exactly as ordered, although delivery took approximately 10 days. The wallets arrived brand new and were nicely packaged, which was a positive first impression.

However, the main drawback is that they do not offer good value for money. The build quality is average at best, with very poor quality control. One of the plastic cash clips broke after being used only twice. I contacted customer support to request a replacement, as the company advertises a “lifetime warranty.” Despite the issue occurring within the 90-day return window and being clearly related to product quality, I was asked to pay around €15 in delivery charges.

That said, customer support was responsive, and after prolonged communication, I did receive a replacement wallet. Delivery again took around 10 days, and I was informed this replacement was a one-time exception.

In conclusion, while the company does deliver products and does provide customer support, the overall product quality and warranty conditions are disappointing. If you are looking for a wallet for short-term use, it may be acceptable, but for long-term durability and value, I would not recommend it.

Overpriced, Chinese wallets that are rebranded with their own logo and name on it!
Cheapish, that anywhere you can buy,from amazon, from any online ecommerce shops. Fake sale beacuse Marketing is everything for these companies.
If you ordered it, they will want to provide half price to keep them, but not worth to keep it I think.
The wallets are nice in function and look, but the material quality is cheap.
And it was very pricey for this quality.
If you keep it, that is your choice.
The product probably will arrive.
But don't expect too much for your money.
They Provided two wallets on one's price.

i purchased wallet and received from a uk address, not as good quality as led to believe so asked as per refund policy to return.
They now want the product returning to china at my cost !!

I placed an order for two wallets and various accessories, totaling over £90. The delivery was scheduled to be later than initially anticipated, which was acceptable. However, the situation escalated upon notification of delivery. While I was at work, I received a text message confirming the delivery of my parcels. Upon my return home, I discovered that no parcels had been delivered.

Upon reviewing the delivery tracker, the courier indicated that the items were left in a "safe place," a directive I did not authorize. I have since contacted the courier via email to inquire about this discrepancy and am awaiting a response, which is expected within 72 hours. My concern is that the parcels may have been left unattended outside my residence in London, contrary to my preferences.

I subsequently contacted Forge regarding this issue. Their recommendation was to inquire with neighbors and directly contact the courier, actions I had already undertaken. It appears they are disclaiming responsibility, citing the "delivered" status of the shipment. I have reiterated that, as the party responsible for selecting the courier, the ultimate responsibility for the delivery rests with them, The financial institution has advised that Forge has a 30-day window to resolve the matter, after which a refund can be initiated. Upon contacting Forge, they offered to resend the order, contingent on my covering shipping costs due to the item being marked as delivered. I am dissatisfied with this resolution, as it appears there is a lack of concern regarding my order post-payment. I have communicated my refusal to accept this outcome and have requested a full refund, given that the goods were not received. Consequently, I must now await the 30-day period for resolution through my bank. This incident has also deterred potential purchases from my acquaintances who had previously expressed interest in the product.

I recommend exercising caution when considering transactions with Forge to mitigate potential financial risk.

It tools its time, but as a piece of kit it’s pretty good,
The two feature this misses, are a slot for the a license/identification., and maybe a loop for a chain

It allows you to carry a number of cards , and notes..

The only issue I had is that it was. Christmas and delivery was slow.. thankfully for me it’s not for a Christmas present

At first when I ordered the wallet was not delivered. They said it had been and said they'd only send another one if I paid for shipping again.

After a couple of weeks the flaps for storing notes fell off.

Now after a year the leather is separating from the metal body. I contacted them for a warranty replacement but haven't heard anything back over a week later.

Cancelled my order before it was shipped, as I didn't receive any updates for days, but customer service falsely claimed it was “already shipped” and tried to force me to accept delivery (I would have to pay return costs and deal with return logistics). Tracking later showed it was shipped days after my cancellation. I only got a refund after a bank dispute, as when I reached out, the company continued sending template replies and tried to shift all responsibility and costs onto me for a shipment that should not have happened. Very poor and misleading customer service. Also I checked online and there were the exact models everywhere which leads me to believe it's just an unoriginal cheap product that is sold as a unique brand by stamping a logo on it.

I love this thing. The easy way of flipping the cards out.
I wish though that the slots for the inside was just a bit wider for the business cards, it's to tight. Also I ordered the tri fold black. But love the chestnut colerd one to. I bought 2, one for my son, and I.

All accordingly with pub and product features, not quite sure about the quality of the plastic inside for the bills area

Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made in a long time. I paid nearly €40 and waited over a month for what was advertised as a premium, high quality wallet. What arrived was a tiny, cheap plastic wallet that reeks of artificial plastic, doesn’t close properly, and feels like it would fall apart after a few weeks of use.

This is blatantly a low quality dropshipped item that could have been ordered directly from China for a few euro. There is absolutely nothing premium about it. The build quality is awful, the size is impractical, and the product is completely misrepresented in the marketing.

Charging nearly €40 for something of this quality is unacceptable. I feel misled and ripped off, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they want to overpay for cheap plastic junk.
