It was a bit of a gamble to order hard-to-find, somewhat expensive shirts online from an overseas vendor (I'm in the U.S.), but it paid off. Ordering is easy. Pricing was straightforward. The order shipped quickly, but it took a little longer to arrive than hoped. But that wasn't the Football Shirt Collective's fault.

The only thing that brought the overall experience down was not knowing that the shirts vary a bit in design. For example, one used glued-on embroidered patches, while the other used the same design embroidered directly on the shirt. The two techniques produce subtle, but noticeable differences. The shirts I ordered also have vinyl applications that were placed a little differently on each one. Again, subtle but noticeable when compared side by side. I would have still bought the shirts (in fact, I just bought another), but it would have been good to know this was a possibility up front.

Not only did the Kit I order arrive on time and in great condition (it’s a 25 year old international jersey, zero defects), but customer service was excellent.

I was responded to by a real person immediately when I thought there had been a shipping error. There wasn’t in the end, but the quick response and helpfulness is a large step above most small companies these days

Ive been trying to get in contact with someone to assist with a return and refund. I have messaged on Instagram, Facebook, the chat box and emailed multiple times. Not one person has gotten back to me for a week.

Well, I can say that I am very disappointed, I bought a t-shirt through this website that I was looking for a long time, after 5 days without receiving any notification of the shipment I write requesting information of my purchase but I never expected that the response will only show that they did not have it in the shop nor is it registered in the system, I do not want to think that it is an attempt to scam but the shirt is still available with at least 8 units that you can add to the shopping cart.
For all this I requested a refund of my money but to date no one has spoken.

I received my item just as advertised. The condition was immaculate and I am very pleased.
