Delivery Issue

The only complaint I have is when the delivery man tells me that there is no need of me going down to the front door to receive my order. He also he says I can just buzz him in and he can come to my apartment. This makes me feel very uneasy. This is not the first time that this delivery man has said this to me. I will not be ordering from Andreas again.

I have used this food delivery a few times. Delivery takes a long time always over an hour sometimes closer to 2 hours so plan accordingly. It would be nice if the delivery person checked the order when picking up from the restaurant to verify it is correct and acceptable. I have had incorrect orders and also cold (freezing) food delivered that should have been hot.

Service is a great concept

Service is a great concept, but drivers don't follow directions given (regardless of restaurant), food is generally cold upon arrival and takes a very long time when you 'upgrade' to Dashed delivery.

I sometimes have issues with the food delivery

I sometimes have issues with the restaurants I order through on Foodler. I waited 2 hours for a pizza last week. Restaurant likes to blame Foodler, Foodler blames the Restaurant.

Foodler needs to take Thai Cafe off …

Foodler needs to take Thai Cafe off their list in Providence, worst experience ever, 2 hours and the food has not arrived and the person on the phone tells me this is a very normal occurrence

Not as good as it could be...

The app doesn't adequately allow you to customize your order, forcing you to use the comments section, which is often ignored by restaurants. I really hate that you can't earn point any longer and restaurants seem to be leaving. The drivers are always pleasant and I am a busy working mother so we have been using Foodler far too often.

Driver called me three times

Driver called me three times. Two of them, to tell me that he was not here. Third time, he made me walk to his car. Thank you for the inconvenience. I'm not sure why I gave you my money. Plenty of other services do this way better.

Meh..

I used this site all the time for delivery.. but since they are getting rid of their rewards system... theres nothing left that makes them any different from other sites.. so I'm probably not going to be using them anymore

They delivered my food after two hours …

They delivered my food after two hours LATE! After several attempts to call them to locate my food. After the 9th call they had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted the food I already paid for?!! I ordered my food at 2:37PM and received my food at 4:47. Horrible service, Never again. The manager also called didn't even apologize and yelled at me and said my kids should of came outside to pick up their food??!!! that why I'm paying a delivery fee and tip?? Horrible service and incompetent workers starting off with management.

Foodler has more restaurants listed than any other service in my area. It has some of the best restaurants in town. Thanks Foodler for making my life easier. The tracking app really makes it easy to know when the driver will be at your home. Great Tool.

Don't use your foodler bucks!!!

Ordered food from T. Anthony's around 1:20am for some late night munchies. I had ordered previously from a different restaurant and had gotten food poisoning. I recieved some foodler bucks for compensation, I had also had some foodler bucks from previous orders with that being said I ordered my food from T. Anthony's with foodler bucks and was going to pay the difference in cash. My order said it was to be delivered around 1:35am. I walked to the store to grab a soda to enjoy with my meal around 1:24am, thinking I had plenty of time for my order to be delivered because the store was a 5 minute walk from my apartment. Needless to say I was on my way back from the store, literally seen the delivery driver pull up and not once call my phone or inform that my food had arrived. I ran to the front of my apartment complex to the pay the driver his tip and difference, but they took off before I reached the front of my apartment. I emailed customer support. Will was the guy's name he wasn't any help. I contacted T. Anthony's and was told the delivery driver waited as long as he could and that they left my food at the restaurant and waited for me to pick it up. I called the restaurant before walking up there 3 times, no answer of course because the restaurant was closed. I get to T. Anthony's and as I stated when I called it was closed. They wouldn't even refund my foodler bucks. I stopped ordering from Foodler since that day and also T. Anthony's. Uber eats and Grub hub are the way to go
