Foodhak meals are incredibly convenient for my busy lifestyle. It's such a relief to have healthy, ready-made meals that actually taste good.

Delivery was three days late. Courier stayed at the door 5 minutes to complain to us that he has wasted 30 minutes looking for us because the address was printed wrong. Disappointing if half of your value proposition is convenience. EDIT: was so annoyed with the delivery that I forgot to add that the food was watery at best. Felt like they made it that way to add weight.

The Foodhak sales/marketing Advisor Furad ( South Kensington Tube) was brilliant! He took me through the history of the product, the health benefits and costs. The products arrived on time and taste very good. I'm very pleased with the products. My Second batch has arrived already. Very grateful.. affordable healthy food! It is easy!

I was introduced to Foodhak by Manuel Z outside Finsbury Park Station & his energy and enthusiasm were contagious. He really sold the products to me & his customers service skills were amazing! He probably could have sold me air. But more importantly, the recommendations & the food itself were outstanding. At first I was a little worried about the food lacking flavour or not being filling, but I had nothing to worry about at all. Everything I selected tasted amazing and kept it me really full! You can tell that the ingredients are high-quality and even though it is batch cooked the products are still flavourful and easy to reheat in the microwave. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to order again! Also shout out to the customer service, because shortly after completing my order I realised I had put the wrong delivery address but a quick email and they was able to sort it out and I got my delivery as expected to the correct address!

I like to support new business and I love the idea of healthy meals straight to my door (that’s the only thing I can give it stars for).
The food arrived on time but with minimal presentation, the whole meal was flung together in a food pouch so there was no chance in identifying the separate parts of the meal.
The food was bland, maybe because they are aiming to be healthy but no garlic, pepper or turmeric in the dish.
Also I ordered five meals and only received three. I did get a refund for one meal so I’m assuming it was out of stock but with no choice to pick a different dish but the other dish was just not included.

For a first time experience I’m not convinced. But good luck with your future improvements it’s a lovely concept.

Food quality is decent, delivery is good, and price is fair as long as you get some discount. I’m a bit concerned with all the packaging and they could do with more choice in the dishes.

Hi there, my partner was stopped in Liverpool Street by one of your reps and was sold nutritious and healthy home food delivery service meals.

Unfortunately the meals have not been great. Flavourless, portion sizes super small for one person, the packaging for the pasta made it feel like we were eating a savers meal. The meals were oily and not healthy, felt bloated and horrible after them. We do feel like we wasted money, and we’re not delivered what we were sold (healthy, nutritious meals). Some of the meals are 700 calories which is extortionate for a meal, that’s like eating outside food in a restaurant which we got this to avoid) and a lot of the food was drenched in oil.

Paid for the subscription over 3 weeks ago but did not receive the first order. Second order has also not been delivered despite the messages to alert me to the contrary. I have sent emails to chase but they come back asking irrelevant questions that have nothing to do with the issue. I was hopeful but now I'm done! Bye.

Good value, decent quality food with speedy delivery.
More choice in dishes would have got them 5 stars.

I have been told that the portions were big enough for two people. They are small and contain only 300kcal.
I have been told that the meals are perfect if you love to do some sports and go to the gym: there are only 4g of proteins per meal.
I have been told that all the ingredients were provided, but there are no portions of rice.

Too high in salt, not healthy at all...

I received no meal plan with the delivery and the food had changed from what was on the website. It says the food might change and I’m ok with that but at least send a plan for what should be eaten when. You basically get a box of food and left to work it out for yourself.
When I contacted customer services after some back and forth as they needed me to tell them what I actually got sent they said they would send one but did not… the 4 week weight loss diet says 1080 calories a day on instagram, but when I worked it out based on what was sent to try to understand what to eat when it was over 1330 calories per day and that’s without the tea that apparently should be with some kind of milk every day…

At least 2 of the 5 meals were spoilt at the time of arrival. It was a horrible experience.

I recently tried Foodhak's "Fast Mimicking Food Plan" and overall, my experience was very good.Delivery and quality of the food was excellent. Each meal was flavourful and satisfying, making it easier to stick to the plan.However, I did encounter an issue with my order. One of the meals, the miso soup, was replaced. While I appreciate the effort to ensure I still received a complete order, I believe this substitution altered the macros of the plan. As a result, I didn't achieve the fasting state I was aiming for. Despite this, I was impressed overall.

The food arrived within the timeline they committed to and packaging was good. Some of the meals seemed oily / quite pre-made and one of the items I ordered was missing

The meals are absolutely delicious. The portions are perhaps a little smaller than I would sometimes like, but on the whole they are great.

I do think that the full price for the meals is too high. It's about the same as a takeaway, whereas I would like to see these as a budget replacement for takeaways.

I would also suggest to make it clear in the description if a curry does not come with rice (if rice is pictured in the photo)

I'am very disappointed about the food,very taste less. Spicy and frozen.
Also the agent who sale said it was one paiement only no subscription. And then they come again on my account and start taking money. I will advice people to not get involves with foodhak because they foods are not fresh like they pretending and are not good at all. They are not honest when they stop you in street for them to sale for you, they will be lying to the customers.
