Excellent would highly recommend this course , each section you do a quiz at the end, it’s clear and precise and the exam at the end is perfect. I would recommend you do the whole course in one day as then everything you are learning is fresh. I will do other courses with them if I need them.

Excellent course , very comprehensive in detail and easy to follow through, especially useful that its possible to fit doing the course around other commitments.
Final exam was clear to follow but it would have been useful to know what my two mistakes were.

Easy to use course. Useful to be able to do it online and pause when family commitments get in the way.

Personally a bit irritated that I made 3 mistakes in the exam- I would have liked to see my mistakes!

Following a very helpful personal reply to my review, I fully appreciate the reasons why incorrect answers to the exam cannot be given.
I also should have added to my initial review that this seems to be by far the cheapest provider of the food hygiene certificate, £12 (£10+vat) compared with £20 from other providers.

Very easy to sign up as a new customer and pay for the course - it covers everything you need and I got my certificate emailed to me the same day after purchasing and completing the course. Highly recommended.

I took the Food Safety and Hygiene course on line over a couple of months. I thought it was well designed and covered all the necessary areas. It was helpful that I could log in and complete the course over a couple of months, which made it more manageable

I wasn't really satisfied with this course. You have limited time to take your course. There were spelling mistakes. The course was boring and after finishing it almost falling asleep they ask you to write your name in capitals where I have made a spelling mistake. I know it is my fault. I contacted them the reaction was quite fast unfortunately not helpful at all. so I have to do it again and probably even pay for new course only because one spelling mistake. Good until you have a problem

Really easy to navigate through the website, love the fact you can leave and come back to where you left off. Plenty of time to complete the course and very easy to understand.

Unfortunately with the current pandemic and having to juggle working from home, home schooling, childcare etc etc I was unable to complete my course within the specified time frame. I received no understanding of these extenuating circumstances and after the initial, rather rude response about me losing access to complete the course a few days after expiry, I was totally ignored. Very disappointing customer service. So they now have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I can't imagine it costs anything to reactivate my account for another week but would turn a very tired and unhappy customer into a happy one ☹
