Sent the wrong order for a xmas present. Kept telling me they had it in the size then telling me they hadn’t. Wouldn’t use again!

I ordered an expensive t shirt from this company as a Christmas present, after 8 days and no delivery I reached out and asked for advice. Turns out they never had the item in stock, but hadn’t told me, or refunded me the money.
Due to the incredibly late response and the fact I had to wait 7 days for my refund, I was unable to purchase the special present.

Product came quickly .. customer service was great

The size I ordered was too big , after a brief conversation, I received a phone call, to tell me when I would be receiving the new size I require, excellent level of customer care…..
Will shop here again for sure👍🏻

Easy to order and kept up to date with progress of order and delivery status. On this occasion the trainers ordered were too big as there was a misunderstanding regarding the US and UK sizes and had to be returned but the service received regarding the return was excellent. Would have no hesitation in ordering with Focus Man in the future.

Was really looking forward to receiving my amazing sunglasses that said they will be here with 3 to 5 days it’s now nine days I still don’t have them and I can’t see my tracking so annoying

I bought a Parajumpers jacket from Focusman at a great price. I hadn’t bought from them before but I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s a fantastic jacket though too expensive at the full price so I was delighted to get it reduced. It arrived very quickly and it was well packed. I would’t hesitate to use Focusman again.

So Focus Man had a sale going on and I’m still a little shocked at the discounted price I managed to buy a designer coat for. I managed to pick up an unreal bargain and their service is nothing but exceptional. Next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm for only £5 extra. This was my first time coming across this company and I’m sure glad I did because I will definitely be shopping with Focus Man from now on and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Good gear, decent prices, came quickly

Purchased an item online was given a delivery date item never came contacted focus man to be told they were having trouble with this item and they don't have it in stock and it would take 3-5 business days for refund. Don't get why take money from a customer if they don't even have the item. This was a birthday present and i had to pay for item again from another store. Very disappointed

Have been waiting for a cp company tracksuit for over 2 weeks he tells me they have shipped it out I email them again and they have issued me with a refund I haven't yet got so least to say the company run off lies don't order from here you won't get it

Product was as it should be but concerns over the way it was packaged and for a coat that cost almost 700 pounds delivery options and times were poor in my opinion

Received glasses and happy with the service

Bought the product then 2 days later get a email saying no longer had it in stock!

bought a t shirt but was refunded without explanation, in fact despite saying it was in stock it was'nt, had to ask why refunded, did get refund straight away but not a good 1st experience
