Focus Man Fashion has been established since 2016 and relaunched its personal shopping service in 2019, sourcing luxury goods for clients. 2021 saw the relaunch of the e-commerce platform. I purchased a Balmain shirt for my husband’s birthday and two months later I received two fake sweatshirts not what I paid for. I’m having such a hard time getting my money back. I used the app Lyst and they have these people as a retailer.
I’m responding to below message. First of all no packing slip inside the box. You said that two sweatshirts don’t fit inside the box witch it did. I send you pictures and videos. Also the item listed on the outside of the box is saying $100 I paid over $200 for the Balmain T-shirt!!! You said you a small boutique in UK how are you shipping stuff out of a wear house?????? You don’t even know what it was packaged. Like I said I waited two months for this T-shirt purchasers through Lyst which so far they have not helped me with my issue either. I want my money back!!!! This was not cheap!!!

Thank you for your review and sharing your experience.
However we spoke to the guys at the warehouse who packed your order.
Two sweatshirts would not fit within the packaging we used as these boxes are only used for international orders.
In addition, the shipment price is based off the weight of the parcel and therefore all packages are weighed prior. The package itself weighed 500g. This would have flagged up and extra charges would have been required if this was the case.
We have no relation to that business in New Jersey or neither do we stock a brand called studio 77.
We can confirm we sent out the correct item you ordered by DPD on the 27th May to the USA which was sent out by first class international post. We have also provided you with photographic evidence within your email of your order being packed to cover ourselves as a retailer. We didn’t send you those items you claimed to have received.
We spoke to you personally on the phone to update you on the delay with the shipment of the your order and assured you your item will be shipped out the same week, which we did and provided you with a tracking number.
As a business we go through rigorous checks as a retailer by various payment merchants who check our supplier information.

We can see we have processed all your refunds for the 13 t-shirts you bought from us in February, we had to inspect your order when you sent it back to us to make sure you didn’t swap it with another item. As you bought the same t-shirts from us in various sizes which raised our suspicions when you asked for a refund.
It takes 3-4 business working days for PayPal to process the refund as an e-cheque.
Please be sure to get in touch with us or PayPal if you still haven’t received your refund then.

100% would buy again
Even though my order was delayed by a few days I am exceptionally happy with the service, I emailed the customer service team and they replied instantly and I would 100% purchase again, I bought my boyfriend a dsquared top for his birthday and I could not source this anywhere and luckily I found the exact one I wanted on this website and the price was so much better compared to the price on flannels, thank you focus man I’ll be back!

shipping delay is too long
It takes 5 weeks (more than 1 month) before the order to be shipped.
i did make another order for the same product for a friend that likes my sunglasses so much. I've been waiting for the notice of shipment for 5 weeks now. but the quality of the product is very good.

Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered item it said would be with me in 5-7 days. 2 weeks past had received nothing or heard nothing . No tracking or anything. Had to contact and ask where was my item . They then told me it would be with me early the following week . An additional week went past and I still had received nothing and additionally no tracking as promised . Had to ask for refund
