Focused is a specialised ADHD clinic offering video assessments for just £289, as well as diagnoses and ongoing support. Our qualified practitioners are licensed in the UK and, if you are diagnosed with ADHD, they can help you find the care and treatment you need. It all starts with an online pre-assessment. Complete a questionnaire to see if a consultation is right for you, and nominate a family member or friend who knows you well to answer a short survey about your symptoms and developmental history. If our clinician thinks a consultation is suitable for you, you'll be invited to book a 2 hour slot for a video call with them. And if a consultation isn't right for you? We'll refund your £289 fee. During your video consultation, our clinician will ask you some questions about your symptoms and everyday life, and most of the time you'll get a decision on your diagnosis by the end of the appointment. From there, our clinician will go through any treatment or therapy they think might help you, and you'll have the option get ongoing care with us each month. When you start a treatment plan, we'll also check in with you regularly to see how things are going, and you'll get access to our clinicians to ask them any questions you need to.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Focused.
I was quite nervous going into the assessment, but the clinician immediately put me at ease. The assessment was incredibly thorough and felt more like an open conversation than being interrogated or rushed through a checklist. I was given plenty of time to explain my experiences and how things have affected me throughout my life.
The clinician was extremely understanding, professional and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. By the end of the assessment I felt completely confident that I had been properly heard and understood.
I received my ADHD diagnosis at the end of the assessment, which was a massive moment for me after years of wondering why I struggled with certain things that seemed to come naturally to other people.
The whole process was straightforward, professional and much better than I expected. I genuinely couldn’t fault the assessment or the clinician.
I would absolutely recommend Focused to anyone considering an ADHD assessment. 5 stars without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Focused is a brilliant service.
My whole experience with Focused was absolutely positive throughout, very professional, very thorough and very efficient. Everything was explained easily and fully and my ADHD Specialist Kate Hill was an absolute diamond during the whole Zoom meeting. My ADHD diagnosis was given to me on the Zoom meeting, so there was no waiting and future events that will occur were fully explained along with recommendations for reading up on certain subjects to benefit my understanding of my ADHD and my mental performance. Brilliant service and so glad I reached out initially to Focused.

Penny was a complete professional
Penny was a complete professional, who understands her job role very well. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure she took time to listen to my points and no point at all made me feel rushed. She was able to give me my diagnosis there and then which has enabled me to take steps to understand myself straightaway. Honesty is the best policy with her. Do not try hide anything away she does not judge. She’s just there to help.
