Focused is a specialised ADHD clinic offering video assessments for just £289, as well as diagnoses and ongoing support. Our qualified practitioners are licensed in the UK and, if you are diagnosed with ADHD, they can help you find the care and treatment you need. It all starts with an online pre-assessment. Complete a questionnaire to see if a consultation is right for you, and nominate a family member or friend who knows you well to answer a short survey about your symptoms and developmental history. If our clinician thinks a consultation is suitable for you, you'll be invited to book a 2 hour slot for a video call with them. And if a consultation isn't right for you? We'll refund your £289 fee. During your video consultation, our clinician will ask you some questions about your symptoms and everyday life, and most of the time you'll get a decision on your diagnosis by the end of the appointment. From there, our clinician will go through any treatment or therapy they think might help you, and you'll have the option get ongoing care with us each month. When you start a treatment plan, we'll also check in with you regularly to see how things are going, and you'll get access to our clinicians to ask them any questions you need to.

Was referred to Focused by my CBT therapist. Wonderfully quick and caring service. Kate Hill was really understanding, empathetic, while being very careful and diligent in going through the DSM-V. Had the consultation few hours ago and have already recommended the service to others. 10/10 so far.

Excellent and professional
The clinician was very thorough and gave me plenty of time to talk, I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard. Following the test the clinician explained my diagnosis and next steps. The whole process was very professional and left me feeling able to make an informed decision about how to manage my ADHD.

I had my consultation with Ms Islamiat Badmus; and it made my whole experience externally better. She took so much time to listen to my reasons and answers, gave me great advice when I needed it and was able to help me best describe my emotions or experiences. Understanding yourself is a gift we all deserve.
I initially had an assessment with a lovely lady and diagnosed. After I was picked up on audit to explore more before completing the official diagnosis. I wasn't annoyed by this I was actually impressed they wanted to delve deeper and diagnosed me correctly. I underwent a second assesment with Charlotte who was lovely and understanding. I felt truly listened to and understood which isn't a common thing for us adhd'ers but she managed it with ease and grace. I am about to start the titration process with medication and am feeling hopeful I'm in safe hands. I understand they do not do shared care yet but I am able to pay for the medication so I will. I know it's a daunting prospect to sit and spill your heart to strangers but I would recommend it to you. There's never a draw back from understanding yourself more.

Had a great experience with Focussed. Responded to a meta ad after a counsellor told me I should consider ADHD testing. Focussed promptly provided me with a number of appointments for an assessment at a very very reasonable and highly competitive cost. Following my diagnosis, I’ve had a fantastic experience with their prescribing and management. I find them to be highly professional and responsible in this area. Would highly recommend.

An Incredibly Positive Experience
This was one of the best decisions I have made and overall it was an absolutely positive experience from start to finish.
Based on my personal experience, the platform was nice and my experience was seamless. I did not have any issues at all.
I feel fortunate to have met Charlotte - very understanding, supportive, attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a blessing. I felt I was with the right person at all times. I do feel I will always remember my experience here as a turning point for me.
Even as it looked like I would run out of time, I was booked a subsequent session at no extra cost.
It also provides tremendous value in terms of the pricing and I would say if you are wondering why Focused is affordable than some others out there, it is because it is designed for you to easily be able to get the help that you need. The price is to help you - that's exactly it.
Overall just a really positive and refreshing experience that made me understand myself better.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Focused. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked my assessment and after having my assessment today, I’m blown away at the way in which the clinician Kate Hill handled the call. She was so attentive, understanding and she really made me feel seen. I felt so comfortable opening up to her and so grateful for the connection I made. She genuinely cares and it shines through a mile off. For anyone struggling with what they think could be ADHD, I can’t recommend this service enough to get an accurate diagnosis from people that care, with great aftercare too.

Great from start to finish
Fast service. I got my assessment within 3 weeks of making an enquiry and found booking an available slot really straightforward. The assessment itself was just over 2 hours long and was extremely thorough. I thought the clinician was easy to talk to and got I closure on some very difficult topics and some insight into my behaviours.
