Hallo, mijn naam is martine en ik heb een klein jaartje geleden beslist om een face en neklift te laten uitvoeren bij dr umad. Via mijn collega werd ik in contact gebracht met özge van flyhealth. De gesprekken verliepen altijd heel fijn en alles werd netjes aan me uitgelegd. Als ik nog extra vragen had voor de dokter, dan stuurde Ozge deze vragen door en werden gelijk beantwoord door de dokter. Het enigste wat je eigenlijk moet doen , is gewoon een vliegticket boeken, al de rest wordt gewoon voor jouw geregeld. Je stapt van het vliegtuig, je wordt opgepikt door een luxe taxi, je wordt naar je hotel gebracht. Dag erna , komt taxi je weer halen en je gaat naar het ziekenhuis voor eerste fysieke gesprek. Daar staat Anil van flyhealth je op te wachten en begeleid je heel de tijd in het ziekenhuis. Dan wordt de operatie uitvoerig besproken , je wordt in alle veiligheid en met zeer strenge normen geopereerd en verzorgd in de beste ziekenhuizen van Istanbul. Even over die strenge normen. Ik ben helaas met een koortsblaas naar turkije gevlogen. De medische staf heeft toen beslist om voor mijn eigen veiligheid , mij op dat moment niet te opereren. Ik was wel teleurgesteld, maar achteraf bekeken en mijn familie zegt dit ook ; Het zijn topdokters , die dit beslissen en aan u gezondheid denken! Bon ik moest effe van die vervelende koortsblaas af en nog geen dikke week later kon de operatie dan toch doorgaan. Na heel wat testen , krijg je groen licht en wordt je geopereerd. Ik was daar alleen , dus dan kan je zeker alle steun en een goede organisatie gebruiken. Anil heeft mij in het ziekenhuis fantastisch bijgestaan, tot terug aan mijn hotel. Al mijn medicatie werd gewoon netjes naar mijn kamer gebracht. Nog een paar dagen rusten in het hotel, daarna terug een laatste check up bij de dokter . Bij hem mag je echt 100 vragen stellen , al mijn vragen werden met de juiste uitleg en nodige tijd beantwoord.
Nu thuis , ik stuur foto's door naar Ozge , met vragen en 2 u later heb ik al een antwoord van haar of van de dokter. Ik word echt super goed nog opgevolgd. Geen vraag is te veel! Dit geeft echt een vertrouwd gevoel, ik waardeer dit enorm. Als je ooit beslist of overweegt om een operatie te laten uitvoeren in Istanbul, kies dan zeker voor Flyhealth , want alles wordt tot in de puntjes voor je geregeld en met de beste dokters en beste ziekenhuizen.

Ik heb mijn neuscorrectie bij FlyHealth laten doen en ik ben ontzettend blij met het resultaat. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde ik mij goed geholpen en professioneel begeleid. De chirurg luisterde goed naar mijn wensen en gaf eerlijk advies over mijn rhinoplastie.

Mummy Makeover & 360 Lipo…..
I had my mummy makeover with 360 lipo November 2025 with Fly Health and what a fantastic experience I had.
From the get go Ozge was there to answer all my worries, questions and offer support throughout the whole experience.
I was met by Anil at the hospital like promised who was able to offer support, settle my nerves, discuss documentation, translate and ensure everything ran smoothly during my stay in hospital and whilst recovering in my lovely hotel accommodation.
Dr. Banu was my surgeon - what a lovely lady and her 2 female medical assistants who ensured my care was exceptional throughout my journey.
Hospital staff were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for me, ensured I was always comfortable.
What to expect post op - the first 2 days I was pain free. In fact, I would say I was never in any pain throughout. It was more a feeling of sore and tenderness. Standing up and walking was the most important, but difficult part but it gradually gets better. I was lucky enough to have the best carer Kamila. An angel sent from heaven. Who cares for me, supported me, ensured I ate and drank all the right things post op. Water is a must for a quicker recovery.
Hotel breakfast was good, had what I needed for recovery and Hotel evening meal (I paid for separately) at Elite Dragos Hotel was also good.
I was scared to return home on my flight but I got Wheelchair Assistance which was a god send and was also lucky enough to have my carer Kamila with me right up until I went through passport control and then Wheelchair services took over the rest of my journey.
Surgery - expect swelling, a lot of bruising, lumps and bumps here and there and excellent results.
Just started Lymphatic Drainage Massage back at home and it is already helping with the healing process
I am now 14 days post op, I look and feel so much better. Once the scars have healed and reduced I know I will feel even more confident!
For now, I’m trusting the process, allowing my body to recover from the big surgery and looking forward to a more confident me…

I had lipo, tummy tuck, implants and arm lift in april 2023 i have had zero problems the scars are so clean and faded now, my results are great, my surgeon and host was perfect. Im looking to book for my thigh lift and bbl next. I wish i had done this years ago.

I had necklift surgery in October 2025 via Fly Health. At every step along the way from on line enquiry to departing Turkey I can't commend them enough. All transfers, Hotel with fantastic food - Elite Dragos, my Istanbul Fly Health contact Anil, Dr Osman & all at Okan University Hospital were friendly, allayed my fears and treated me well - on top of that I got a fantastic result to my surgery- better than I had hoped for.

I went to Istanbul back in 2020 with FlyHealth and from start to finish I felt very well looked after and safe. I went to have a full tummy tuck which includes liposuction and muscle repair which is not included in the UK! My surgeon dr sedat bas was a magician. He gave me all aftercare instructions to which I followed and my results speak for themselves. My belly button is perfect and my scar is hard to see.. 5 years have flown by and confidence has gone up and up. I have recommended to so many people who are also now living happily with their results too.

I flew to Istanbul just over 3 weeks ago for a full tummy tuck, lipo and muscle repair with them and I cannot fault a thing.

They were there to meet me and my partner at the airport and then anil was with me right up until i went in for my surgery and the follow up appointments, I still get frequent messages checking in on my recovery too.

I felt comfortable and safe as they had everything planned my itinerary was spot on, a special thanks to anil as he was there to translate when needed and offer support and help with any questions I needed answered.

The hotel was great and had very friendly staff who couldn't help us more and also lovely and clean.

Sorry I haven't reviewed sooner, I travelled to Istanbul at then end of April was there for 7 days. Never been as terrified in my whole life as I went on my own. I got there and was was asked to wait. My driver wasn't long and took me to my city hotel where I stayed for 1 night then had an early appointment at the hospital to meet Dr Banu and her team they did lots of tests and measurements then took me down for my op. I had a breast up lift and reduction. It cost me around 5k cheaper than un the UK. I still got 5* treatment from the surgeon and her team. The nurses were amazing to the who looked after me all day and night untill I went back to the hotel, and thanks the amazing ladies who fed me and made me walk round the hospital to get me moving. Everyone was lovely not to forget Fariza and her boss, I panicked before I went to Turkey reading reviews about other places, they put my mind at rest am so glad i went ahead with it. Anil who is brilliant so respectful and translated everything for me he was a gentleman and made me feel at ease. Also the hotel staff were brilliant it was so cheap over there. I stayed there for another 5 days after surgery everyone was so nice. I was uncomfortable untill I had my drains out but overall everything went way and the this day has healed well, can hardly see any scars. So happy with everything can't thank everyone involved enough. Thanks so much

The Process
1) You make initial enquiry
2) Ozge will get back to you and ask you to send pictures
3) Ozge will speak to the Surgeon who will advise on best option for you
4) Price is agreed (this includes 1 free companion)
5) Video consultation with Surgeon
6) You pay a deposit by BACS, the rest is payable in cash on the day of your operation which can be within a year of making your deposit
7) When you send your flight information, the Co-Ordinator will send you your itinerary together with info on Medical Travel Insurance.
8) The Co-Ordinator is in constant contact with you via whatsapp with information on where to meet your driver once you land in Istanbul
9) Your driver will take you to your hotel
10) The interpreter will introduce himself via whatsapp and confirm pick up time from hotel to hospital
11) You will need to checkout of hotel and leave bags safely with concierge
12) At the hospital the Interpreter will explain everything at every step. There is a lot of paperwork to sign, Passports will be photocopied
13) Pictures will be taken, you get ready for theatre, meet the Surgeon and medical team. All pre op checks are carried out, bloods and xrays, if needed and body marked where the incisions will be.
14) Once you come round, the Surgeon will come to see you and discuss the operation with you, the procedure, the results and next steps, The interpreter will be present at all times. They give you enough pain relief to ensure you do not have any pain at all whatsoever.
15) Upon discharge there will be a car waiting for you to bring you back to the hotel.
16) Follow up appointments are every two days at the Surgeon’s private clinic, they will be listed on your itinerary and the interpreter will confirm pick up time the day before.
17) At your final clinic appointment the nurse will give you a stamped “fit to fly” letter which you will need to show at check-in so that you are able to board the flight. The Surgeon will show you how to look after your wounds and provide you with all necessary medication
18) The car will collect you from your hotel and arrive in plenty of time for your flight.
19) Once you arrive back in your Country, Fly Health continue to look after your well-being by requiring pictures and they will provide advice accordingly.
Everyone at Fly Health really cares about you, the whole team are very personable, professional skilful, knowledgeable and experts in their field. They will not operate just because you want them to, they will only carry out procedures if it is medically the right thing to do. I had to provide weekly blood tests in the lead up to all my surgeries to ensure I was medically fit. The Anaesthetist has the final say on whether to pass you for surgery and they will only operate if its safe to do so
