Hairbrush is good but not holding its charge. I emailed & asked for a replacement or refund.
It has taken months for a initial response, promise of a new hairbrush which still hasn't arrived.
A recent email once again asking me what I want, another promise of a new brush.
During all this the company rebranded from Nuomya to Flown. Any emails sent bounced back notifying that the email account is full !
This is many many months & im still waiting.
The advisor contacting me has been very friendly & professional. However, it doesn't make up for the very poor service which may be out of her control !

I needed a refund for an extra product that I bought by mistake. Zy from Customer Support Team, answered right a way and he told me that the extra product was removed from my original order and the refund is already on its way.

I have received my heated comb and am amazed at how easy it is to use. It does a great job at lifting my fine hair.

A good ending!
I had previously gave a poor review of the Numoya Portable Straightener Brush since it would not charge and had a problem getting a replacement. After contacting customer service numerous times I finally received a representative Erica who was helpful, sympathic to my problem and was able to process a replacement for me. It did take a few weeks to get straightened out but Erica was persistant in remeding the situation. I received the replacement from Flown who took over the former Numoya and it works perfectly. I love this brush and would recommend it especially to any one with shorter hair. Great job Erica for your help. Thank you! Arlene L.
Mix up with order
There was a mix up with my order and I reached out to customer support. They answered my questions with professionalism and efficiency. I ordered the GoBrush Pro first and later ordered the quick charger. It was two separate orders that got confused. I sent my order numbers and the products arrived safely within a week. Now that’s customer service at its finest. Thank you. 😊
Scam 30 day return policy
I ordered this product and it did absolutely nothing for my hair. It worked fine but just not for my hair. When requesting they advise how I could return it I was given the song and dance of having to send it to their 1 warehouse in all the world in China and it could get lost or broken. And, of course, they told me that they try to help the environment by letting me keep the brush and accept a 30% refund. What a joke!! China does Nothing to protect their environment!!! I just wanted to be done with them and learned my lesson to Never order off of Facebook! I cut my losses and took the 30% refund ..lesson learned. The brush is nothing to brag about. Maybe if you have curly hair and want it straightened it might work for you.

Finally settled to my satisfaction
Well after several e-mails and suggestions from the TEAM. If I decided to return the brush I would have to send it to China. They told me that they try to help the environment by letting me keep the brush and accept a 30% refund. I was happy to finish the run around. So, I took the 30% refund. In the end Aaron did accommodate my request. In the end lesson learned to not order online with a company that is not in the USA.

I had ordered from the company Flown and in reviewing my order, discovered that my billing and shipping address were incorrect. I sent a message to their support team and heard back from Brooke right away. She successfully addressed and corrected my concerns. THANK YOU Brooke !! You made my day !
Numoya (now Flown): Buyer BEWARE!
I went through chemo last year and my hair came back curly. I hoped that the Numoya (now Flown) GoBrush would help me straighten my hair. It did not. And that's when I found out about their unacceptable return process. I had read I needed to pay to return the product; I was fine with that. But then I was told that I needed to pay to return the product to China. I was even cautioned that by doing so, I could expect the product would be damaged during shipment so I would probably never receive my money back. One customer service rep told me they had a warehouse; another said they did not, which is why I needed to send it back to China. This customer service rep explained they don't have a warehouse in the US to better protect the environment. I think the carbon footprint of shipping an item from China to the US and then back to China again, isn't doing a lot for the environment. The best they would offer me is to credit me 30% of what I paid, and then they suggested I gift the GoBrush to someone else.
