The flowers were great, however the order was initially missed and only caught after I e-mailed to check in on a status update. It worked out in the end, but would have been unfortunate had I not followed up.

It is a nice bouquet but very small
It is a nice bouquet but very small. There weren’t very many flowers at all given that I’d ordered the “I really love you” bunch for £75 + delivery. I believe I ordered a smaller bunch of flowers on valentines last year but it was twice the size! Not sure what happened this time.

Many thanks for getting in touch about your flowers. I’ve checked your order and can see that it does come to the value that you paid.
I understand your concerns with the sizing, we are unfortunately seeing an increase in flower prices at the moment which makes it difficult for us to make the bouquets any bigger. This has been an ongoing issue since Brexit and covid, as well as prices do increase considerably in the few weeks leading up to Valentine’s day and other major holidays.
The cost of wholesale pricing is out of our hands but we do still try to create beautiful bouquets for everyone’s budget. We calculate all our bouquets precisely by stem including the foliage (which costs us hundreds of pounds in itself), so try to include as many flowers as possible for the value.

Lastly we are a small local business that does rely on our wonderful customers and the recommendations that they give, and while we appreciate that you have shared your feedback with us we hope you understand that we are doing the best we can we can with pricing that is beyond our control. Lovely Christmas gifts
I ordered two bunches of flowers for Christmas to give as gifts. I collected them on Christmas Eve. They were ready for me to collect and were beautiful, just as I had ordered. People were very pleased with them when I gave them as gifts on Christmas Day. The flowers lasted for just over a week.

Diamond wedding anniversary
Beautiful flowers. The florists thoughtfully re created my Mum’s wedding bouquet on her 60th wedding Anniversary and made a wedding corsage for my dad. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness to this request was incredible. This gesture made the day extra special and I will be forever grateful. Such a lovely group of people to work with.
