Lack of Customer Service regarding a complaint.
When I have used this Company in the past, I have been pleased with service. However, this time I wasn’t satisfied with some of the flowers that were clearly not going to last very long and I contacted Customer Service. Despite several emails that I sent I have only received an automated response. Does Customer Service not exist? I am appalled by this lack of customer care and I do not recommend using this company.

Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered a card for my sisters engagement. Never got delivered. They tried to dispute it as royal mail had said it was delivered. I went to all the trouble of getting my family member to contact royal mail as i live in Canada, which had delivered it to the wrong address. Alot of time and trouble, only then did they offer a refund. But also they contacted trust pilot to try and get my review deleted!!!! Shame on flowercard and shame on trustpilot for not allowing real reviews on here. This is a real account of what happened and neither of them wanted it posted. IF AND WHEN I receive my refund I will update my review. The public need to see this , what good is a refund if my sister never got her engagement gift? Complelty spoilt the event.

They didnt refund the full amount.

The delivery was as asked .
My friend that I had sent it to was thrilled by it , saying how beautiful it was and she had never seen a thing like it before .
Her visitors were also very taken by it and took the name to use themselves later . I have used you several times and have never been let down in any way .

Customer service is number one!
I received a flower card from this company. I have used them in the past and have always been really impressed so I was a little disappointed on the delivery we received.
The flowers were wilted - I watered as instruction and the following day there was still not sign of life.
I contacted Flowercard and they were straight back in touch with me regarding this to rectify with a solution. Within the day - great customer service.
