Direct contact with owner makes it easy and gives me a peace of mind I don't get when having to deal with a big rental management co. I loved being able to text the owner if I needed to and getting a reply so quickly.

Clean, high end furnishings, great communication, well stocked with everything we needed, coffee car, ice maker, games, porch with porch swing, so relaxing, outdoor shower amazing bikes with helmets, golf cart, close to pool and beach with private gate. We will definitely be back!

Closest condo to the the gulf I’ve ever seen. It’s less than 100’ from the waters’ edge. The condo is newly renovated with upscale appliances, very comfortable beds and finishes and furnishings! Kevin, the host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent, located in a private quiet area yet only a few minute ride to restaurants and nightlife.

We found Songbird Cottage vacation rental and we’re so happy we did. Our stay was for the whole month of January 2026 and we absolutely loved it. It was described very well and we were pleasantly surprised. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely book again.

The premium location of the condo offered stunning views from the balcony and every window inside stunning up there on the 12th floor. The owners are super responsive and have thought of everything you might need is located in this condo. The furniture is comfortable. The views are breathtaking. I will be booking this one again!

The hosts were easy to work with. Beautiful white-sand beach! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location too! We will be back.

Absolutely perfect Naples getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this brand new luxury rental in Naples. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from the beach — and the home itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

Every detail was thoughtfully done. The amenities are top-notch, and having six bikes included made exploring the area so easy and fun. The house is super clean, modern, and feels like a true resort retreat.

It was the perfect escape from the Minnesota winter — warm sunshine, palm trees, and total relaxation. Super convenient, super comfortable, and truly a luxury experience.

We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided on a quick trip to the area and found this amazing house and Englewood Florida Home & Vacation rentals! Their customer service was amazing and everything was set up quickly! They made it so easy! The home was beautiful and accommodating and we loved every moment of our stay! We will definitely be using them again for our family vacation this year! Highly, Highly recommend!! 10/10

Great views not crowded best place on island to stay once construction is done

It was easy to search and contract the property owner.

The whole house was to myself ,it gave sense of privacy

There are many shopping and restaurants nearby. The game room had many options to have fun. The heated pool was great! the kids had a blast!

We had a really nice stay for 8 days in December 2025. Emerald Island is a gated community, safe area, convenient to the parks, shopping, & restaurants. The house is huge, comfortable beds, very secure with alarm system, well stocked, especially in the kitchen & for baby stuff… stroller, high chair, kid proof dishes, walkers, etc. John was easy to communicate with and sends very detailed instructions. The staff leave plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and even have a nice selection of spices & some other essentials, which saves you from having to pick all those all up at the grocery. Even though we didn’t use the pool, we did use the hot tub (very relaxing after a long day at the parks) and the whole patio area is well done.

Overall, the house was clean and organized, but a few recommendations would be investment in some blackout curtains, which are nice for those mornings you want to sleep in a little bit after a really late night at the parks, and maybe some game type things in the garage (pool, air hockey, or ping pong, etc)
