FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC Anmeldelser

These folks are incredible. Fast, efficient and pleasant.

I could not have imagined a better experience.

Try them before wasting your time with other firms

I can't say enough about Florida Cash Home Buyers. That's why this review is so long...

They provided us with great options and the service was outstanding. Within a few days of our inquiry we had a FCHB associate out to look at our townhouse and give us an immediate cash offer or an option for them to try to find a buyer. We went with the option to find a buyer because with a secure buyer they could pay us more without risk to them. Paul showed the house several times with large groups of pre-qualified buyers - he was so good to our renters in the townhouse. Within the allotted time, FCHB secured a buyer. Then we started working with the office on closing - Barbara and Stacy were awesome. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would, and have already, recommended FCHB to friends. Because we were willing to use 90 day option to find a buyer, our payout was very close to what we would have gotten with a realtor without the hassles. They did everything!

Florida Cash Home Buyers is an amazing company. They turned a stressful selling situation into an extremely profitable one. They promised our home would sell in 90 days, but it sold even sooner at 60 days. There were no issues with closing. The funds from our sell were wired into our account within hrs of closing. They completely surpassed our expectations.

Overall a good experience. Fair deal and Contract completed as agreed on.

FL Cash Home Buyers was Amazing, great experience working with them. My house was going into foreclosure, and they were able to save me from losing my house and going into Foreclosure and got me into a beautiful rental apartment in less than 3 weeks!. Paul in particular went above and beyond to help me along the whole process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest company and they do what they promise to do.

Florida Cash Home Buyers LLC paid a fair price for a distressed property.

I was very impressed with your representative Diana, she was very at tentative and sympathetic to our issues we have had with our house ! We lost our house to a Foreclosure that should of never happened. We had a scumbag of a Lawyer who took us for a ride and lost our house of 20 + years ! we are seeking some kind of restitution, but i don't know who i can trust! Sincerely, Peter & Robin Strickland, have a blessed day !

My sister and I were skeptical if we could get a fair price for selling a home to a cash home buyer. After researching a few companies we decided to try FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC. It was an excellent decision and we got the price we wanted and within 30 days closing. I highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. They give you scheduled details of the process and keep you informed by their staffed departments. We rated them a five and they deserve it.

The professionalism, access, and transparency that your team offered was refreshing in a difficult time as letting go of a childhood home. You can tell that this company trains its team members to value people and to make the relationship mutually beneficial for all. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. Thank You All!!!
