FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC Anmeldelser

From start to closing I received excellent no pressure service. When I was ready to sign, I was sure I was working with the right people and company. I highly recommend you do the same.

everyone was truly great. i found the company on a site that lists the top rated credible cash buyers for FL. i had a sketchy company initially. and then upon some research, apparently this was very common. im thankful for that list i came across because fl cash home buyers very much delivered. shawn was my favorite out of all the guys!! he is a pleasure to work with and he is very professional. he is not going to walk around your questions...he is going to answer them and if he doesnt know the answer he will admit to it and he will find the answer for you immediately. i had very limited options due to age of my home- thanks so much guys for turning everything around for me.

Very attentive and responded quickly to answer any concerns

Florida Cash Home Buyers are wonderful to work with. Shawn answered all of my questions and dealt with me patiently (even through my breaking down). Shawn was extremely efficient and handled everything. I'd like to add another 5 stars for Daniel, who helped keep me calm and make it all happen. Thank you so much for making the sale of my home so easy!

They were really helpful helping my family sell our home.I would recommend them in a heartbeat

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company! Three months to close on a condo that should have taken 30 days! The individual assigned to the process was totally unprofessional and incompetent. Unanswered e mail and texts etc. I requested on several occasions to speak with the owners and they never responded. They say they buy your home which is totally false in my case. They waited to find a buyer first. Although the HOA was a small part of the issue, this individual was clueless in dealing with them. Had he done his job properly he would have asked for a checklist of all documents need to close. The only person that saved the sale from a lawsuit was Narali. She worked very diligently and professionally.

Stay far away! The worst company ever. They all but begged my mother for almost two years to sell. They knew my mother was very hesitant to sell her condo. She finally said yes. They agreed on the price and sent over the contract and it was signed that day. 30 day close. They came and looked at it a few days later, all was good and now we wait for the close. I get maybe 1 call that all is good we just need to close. Then I call and leave multiple calls and emails with no response. I then call the attorney who is doing the settlement and she tells me it is all good and we are set to close next Friday the 22nd of April 2022. I say great. Then I get a call from the company this morning from a young lady who tells me the same information. Great. 10 hours later i receive a call at 8;00 Friday evening during the Jewish holiday and I answer it. The call goes like this, hello sir this is …….. we are not going through with your deal. Sorry. I ask why not and he says we would now need to reduce the contract by $30,000. Are you kidding. You want to reduce it by 20% of what you offered less than 30 days ago. They knew how hesitant my mother was yet they tried to screw her in the end before closing. These guys are liars. Stay far away from them. They only put down a $2500 deposit. Probably what they are willing to loose if the person in the end doesn’t reduce the price and agree to their now lower offer. It’s a complete screw you game they play. Maybe the worst company ever. Praying on people. Don’t do business with these people !!!!!!!!

I truly enjoyed working with these guys. They were very professional and punctual. Did what they promised and beyond! I highly recommend. Thank you

This reprehensible company buys up properties where the owners have let the home become inhabited by squatters or the repair is so beyond the pale that there is no hope affording it. They snap up these properties - instead of letting the homes roll onto the market and be purchased by families who will be productive members in communities- and then let them sit in trash, vermin, insects and ever-returning homeless squatters until the neighborhoods the houses are in have no recourse but hire an attorney to help with the process. Omer is being charged $100/day for this mess two doors down from me- but he won't move on getting the property cleaned up. He has owned it since Dec 9, 2021. Please don't sell your house to them- do not do it to your neighbors. Ask your neighbors for help finding a family to purchase, and create a happy ending.

Great service didn’t have any problems, got the job done within 30 days

Great job. Max was very helpful. Will recommend.

tuyệt vời quá, tôi thích trang web này quá đi

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the professionalism that was displayed by a representative from FL Cash Home Buyers regarding the purchase of my home. He was very pleasant from the beginning. He presented me with all of the options that he had available to offer. He allowed me ample time to make a decision. He followed up with me at our agreed upon date. After speaking to him and careful consideration we decided not to go with FL Cash. He graciously accepted my decision. This was a pleasant experience for me and I would recommend this company.

When I contacted FL Cash Home Buyers and let them know I was interested in selling my Home they came out right away viewed the home and made a cash offer the same day that I was very happy with. They said we can close within 30 days it was less than that. They were very professional and friendly. Thank you for making the process fast and smooth. I would definitely recommend FL Cash Home Buyers.

Florida cash home buyers is the contractor that everyone shouldn’t have any reservations or doubt in having them take care of your house needs. My wife and I had this company tend with two houses of ours, when it came to the second house we ask them to tend to our needs that was out of there normal working area which they did for us. There were even some glitches that they and us worked through together and had to conquer to complete the job overall. This company showed there character and metal in completing the house with the results we desired. Folks tell them what you would like and watch them give it their best...

I highly recommend Florida Cash Home Buyers!!! They purchased my home as is at a better price than other offers and were fabulous to deal with through several months - especially Stacy Brown who coordinated everything. No realtor fees no doc stamps - and as I looked for a condo to buy, they were kind enough to extend my closing date, understanding I needed more time. It ended up I decided I did not want to live in a condo and they worked out a buy-out so that I could stay in my home. Unlike so many businesses these days, they were a pleasure to deal with.

The associates who helped me at FL Cash Home Buyers were all extremely professional and polite. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family with their home-selling needs. Thank you for such a simple & painless process!

Very professional and followed up to make sure everything worked out. Would definitely recommend!
