Ugg sandals
I ordered some Ugg sandals which failed to arrive after 2 weeks so I contacted Flomera , they apologised and said the order was in transit. After another 2 weeks I emailed and said the order was too late so could I have a refund and cancel the order . They asked me to wait as the order should reach me soon. The order did arrive but the summer is nearly over and the sandals don’t fit so I again asked for a refund and I would send the sandals back. Flowmera said they didn’t want me to send the order back but would refund the full payment.
Sure enough I have the payment returned . All my emails were answered quickly and I am pleased to have my payment back

I ordered nice looking UGG sandals, they arrived on time, lovely looking, but unfortunately the ankle strap was a fit problem for me. However the company responded really well, offered a longer strap sandal, but when this was also a poor fit for me they immediately offered a full refund. I ordered some sandals in my usual size but unfortunately they came up a bit small . Flomera not only offered me a refund but we’re willing for me to keep the order too , so a friend , myself and hopefully will all be very happy! And I appreciated their customer service 😊

I would put no stars if I could. I placed an order online for some UGG sandals, I realised I had put the incorrect delivery address so used the link to support straigh away. I had an email back saying they had no record of my order. I've since heard nothing back from them for 24 hours. Very disappointed.

Counterfeit goods, terrible customer service. Trying to organise refund was horrendous, refund took over one month.

This company sells counterfeit uggs and selling them as genuine. If I wanted fakes I would pay a lot less than what this company charge. Thankfully I paid via credit card so I had insurance so I contacted credit card company and I’ve been issued a full refund…..DO NOT BUY!!!!

This company is NOT licensed to sell…
This company is NOT licensed to sell Uggs therefore what you are buying are counterfeit goods. The lack of quality, stitched in holographic label, Qr code, dodgy stitching and generally poor all round quality tells you they aren’t genuine Uggs. I’ve requested a refund due to this and the company hasn’t admitted or denied that they’re fakes. I gave returned them with tracking as advised so let’s see if I get my money back. I have already raised the issue with my bank just in case…
I wish I’d researched them before I bought from them.
Update. Email received asking me to update my review as a full refund was issued on 15th Aug. Fair play to Customer services for reaching out.

I ordered some gold star UGG sandals…
I ordered some gold star UGG sandals but when they arrived the ankle strap was too short so not able to be worn.
I contacted customer service who straight away sent out a new pair which did have the correct length strap on them.
I am so pleased as the sandals are comfortable and worth the money!!

I ordered a pair of sandals (Ugg), did some research, companies house and reviews, thought it was ok, received the sandals on Wednesday, and clearly fake, emailed them sand said that I believe them to be fake, they replied but didn’t confirm or deny, told them I want a full refund, they asked for the item to be returned and once received, they would issue the refund, I tried to reply that I wanted a refund and then I would return, and my email has been blocked. Luckily, I used PayPal so started a case against them.

Well, I just had to give Flomera a big apology for doubting that they were in fact a genuine company as the Ugg sandals I ordered on 26th June hadn’t been delivered & after several email enquiries I was ready to cancel my CC payment - but today came home & there they were in my safe parcel drop off place
& yes the Ugg summer sandals are fantastic - amazing styling & comfort - just what I wanted & at the price I paid I don’t know how they can afford to sell them at that but so glad they did - Sorry & thank you agin 🥰👏🏻🥰👏🏻🥰

These are counterfeit goods. I ordered them from Instagram ad and they were despatched from China. They have arrived but are clearly fakes. I ordered some genuine ones from a UK store and side by side they are very different. If I could upload a photo on here I would. Do not buy from this company.
