I bought one pair of ugg sandals which where great, i then wanted a second pair, this company are amazing even offered me discount on 2nd pair( even though price was fab to begin with).
The customer service is outstanding, any questions about delivery, sizes are all answered quickly & efficiently.

Delivery was slower than I expected…
Delivery was slower than I expected however I had a quick response from them and the item arrived a few days later. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the shoe, however following an email and I sent the photos that were requested I had a full refund.

I ordered a pair of UGG sandals online from this company - the first time I've ordered shoes online, and they were so lovely, I felt confident in doing something I hadn't done before They came, nicely packed, and I tried them on. I was very disappointed to find that the straps on the sandals were too short for me. I wrote to Flomera to ask for a refund, and after offering to send me a new pair with longer straps, and even allowing me to keep the pair of sandals too, I decided to have the refund, which they agreed to send me. I am happy with the outcome and feel I need from now on to buy shoes at a shop, as I seem to have awkwardly shaped feet.

Really impressive service...
I bought a pair of sandals which arrived perfectly packed and in good order. The straps did not quite suit my ankles, and I need that support particularly. I contacted the services team last night. Ugg sandals
I ordered some Ugg sandals which failed to arrive after 2 weeks so I contacted Flomera , they apologised and said the order was in transit. After another 2 weeks I emailed and said the order was too late so could I have a refund and cancel the order . They asked me to wait as the order should reach me soon. The order did arrive but the summer is nearly over and the sandals don’t fit so I again asked for a refund and I would send the sandals back. Flowmera said they didn’t want me to send the order back but would refund the full payment.
Sure enough I have the payment returned . All my emails were answered quickly and I am pleased to have my payment back
