Also product was missing Microsoft publisher. will not refund my duplicate order that i did not use and did not even respond

I need a copy of Microsoft Office but I don't want a subscription. I tried another "license key' company in the past and Norton 360 wouldn't let me install it. This company is a scam. I bought a 2024 Office Pro Plus license. They charged my credit card and never sent the key. I emailed their support including a screenshot of the order showing all pertinent details and order number but they never replied. I followed up 3 times and no reply. Now I'm disputing the charge since I never got the product and no reply.

Bought an MS Office key for 5 users. It worked, but only for one, then it said, user# exceeded when tried to install on other machines. Bought another MS Office 5-user, and when I entered the key, it said, invalid characters. LOL, useless. Trying to get money back, but doubt I will.
