Flixeasy is a legitimate reseller of Microsoft Software. I ordered MS Office Professional Plus and followed their simple instructions for activating it on my laptop. Everything worked as advertised.

I did have one problem, however, that was quickly solved by their support team. For some reason, the initial email I received from Flixeasy wound up in my Spam folder. I didn't realize this. I advised Flixeasy I never received any installation instructions. They sent me a new email with instructions that worked perfectly.

I was sent 2 codes and both indicated that they were already in use. I ended paying for a valid code from Microsoft.

Everything worked the first time.

Got keys in about 40 minutes and had no problems with installation.

Easy to use site. Quick painless transaction, keys arrived quickly and product as promised. Assistance, which I needed once, is also quick and painless should it be required! Thank you guys! Now you have me buying software I don’t even need!

I got charged twice for the same software license - MS Office 2024. Once for 19.99 and once for 15.99. Please refund the 19.99. Thanks.

It is a honest and inexpensive software provider.

The Company does provide real keys but my bank flagged them for fraud. End result with a double charge, instead of refunding the issue even after providing proof they just sent another key. Annoying to spend twice as much for something I won't use.

I upgraded from Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro via a licence purchased from Flixeasy. Initially I faced an issue with the serial number not working, so contacted support for help. Their answer and solution was provided within 24 hrs. Since then the software has worked perfectly. Recommended.

I had problems with an installation from last year and couldn't run my program after my motherboard crashed out a few months ago. Customer service was so helpful and helped me restore it with a new code! I just knew I would have to repurchase but nope!! So legit and I'm so grateful for the help. Thank you to this company!!

I purchased Windows Sever 2025. The instructions are very poor. When installing Server 2025, my computer went into DOS mode which I was unable to escape nor was I able to access my Windows 11. I called the support number and left an urgent message since I depend on this computer for my business. I never received a return call. I also emailed the support team and again, no response. I had to contact my IT guy, and it took him three days to fix it. He was never able to install the Server 2025 software and was left with no choice but to reinstall Windows 11. He was able to restore most of my files, but I had to reload all my programs. Additionally, it cost me $225 for my IT service, and I still was unable to install and use the Server 2025, so it certainly wasn't worth saving a few dollars going through Flixeasy. Don't believe all the 5-star reviews on their website. I submitted this review on flixeasy.com and they did not post it. If you decide to purchase this product, understand you will have no support, and you are acting at your own risk. You have been forewarned!

Purchased a license key for Windows 11 Enterprise and was sent the wrong key or a bad key....Hope to hear back from them...

Easy transaction. A slight delay due to required phone authorization code requirement but otherwise a pleasure.

I had a problem installing an older version of Microsoft Office. The company was quick to provide support and guide me through the process, but ultimately to no avail. Eventually, they upgraded my key to a later version of Office that was still supported and the installation progressed without issues. This was the second time I purchased keys from them and I will do so again when needed.

Most of the products installed without issue, when one had a problem you worked with me to resolve it. When we couldn't you refunded my purchase.

Fast Service, When I had a problem they were quick and easy to get fixed.

I never received the product!! A total scam!!
