The service was fast, but there was some confusion which resulted in me being charged twice for the software. After placing my order the first time, I received an email indicating my order was not yet complete. To my knowledge everything had been completed. When I did not receive the software link email, I went through the order process again. It worked quickly the 2nd time. A couple of days later, I discovered the original link had gone to my email 'JUNK' file. When I received my credit card statement it confirmed I was charged twice.

Love this company! We have used multiple times over the years and have never run into a problem they weren't able to solve. We will definitely be ordering from them again. A+ customer service!!

After a frustrating start which required patience the end result was an easy install with the right instructions

I originally purchased it three years ago and experienced no issues. After recently upgrading my laptop, I needed Office 2021 and purchased it again without any problems

Overall value and most importantly the customer support. I had an issue with a product key for MS Project and Visio and they quickly responded with a new product key and now I am up and running. Super helpful and I am very grateful.

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024, but after one month, the product key died. I wrote an email to Flixeasy, and then they sent me a new key immediately. However, the new key doesn't work by the instruction they provided. Under no ways, I consulted AI. It told me my programs use KMS key, it will never be activated by applying a different KMS key, they have to change KMS key to MAK key, then the program can be activated. I wrote AI's opinion to the company again. But Flixeasy provide me a new route to input the same key instead doing any change. I followed the new route to activate the program and it works. Right now, my Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 is working well. Flixeasy is professional and efficient to help customers.

I have purchased several Windows 11 Pro licenses from them. I always upgrade any Windows 11 Home computers to Pro. I also obtained the Office 2024 licenses, so there is no worry about subscriptions.
I sometimes have issues with keys not working, but support gets me up and running in no time.
This time, I purchased a Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 bundle, but I didn't verify that the Windows key was for a fresh installation and not an upgrade. I contacted support and they sent me the instructions to get it working.
This is the best place to get Microsoft licenses.

I ordered and paid for MS Office 24 Prof by card on 03 February 2026. Not only was my account debited twice, I have not received any software.
I have twice contacted Flixeasy about this matter but have not even received a response.
My advice: tread cautiously.

The product keys are nonfunctional. I emailed support and didn't receive a reply to my issue. I need a refund.

Bought a Windows 11 PRO upgrade and it didn't work at all.

Would have rated a 5, but had some installation problems with product codes for both windows and office. After several emails, all were rectified, and everything seems to be working as it should now. The response time to my problems was speedy.
