In the middle of the night I needed a Windows Key-Code for Windows10 Pro. I ordered and paid for it through the Flixeasy website. (It was only $9.99.) As soon as I paid for it, the email with the key code landed in my email in-box. And, although I had already been warned by a local tech that purchased key codes are often bad... the Flixeasy Key-Code worked perfectly with the software that I already had! Not only were they very low-priced; but their system also worked immediately, and perfectly! Flixeasy quickly, and inexpensively, solved a problem that had been aggravating me for some time! And that, despite the fact that they are located 4,928 miles away from me!!!

I ordered a Windows 11 Upgrade (from the Home to Pro version) and MS Office 2024 Pro. Neither of the product keys that I was given worked. After several email exchanges with their 'service' email I was finally sent two product keys that worked. So the end result was OK but the product keys should have worked properly the first time. Although the list price was a bargain there was an additional cost in terms of my time spent troubleshooting.

Product key I purchased did not work. I e-mailed customer support and they promptly replied. After sending them the information they asked for they sent a new key that worked.

They sold me a bogus version of Excel that worked twice then said it could not be verified and was likely counterfeit. I reentered the verification code, and it no longer worked. I paid 30 bucks for a program I got to use twice. Screw you Flixeasy. More like Scameasy. AVOID. If its too good to be true, it must be Flixeasy.

I have used Flixeasy in the past to buy MS Office, I have recevied great support from them recently. If you need MS software products, they will provide you with excellent support after sales. I would recommened Flixeasy.

Prompt service and issues are handle the next day. Again they're prompt with responses and resolutions.

There is no better place to purchase MS Software. Immediate response with download sites and activation keys with a price that's very affordable. Better yet use the available discount codes.

I was tying b purchase.a one month subscription for MS Office. I didnlt get the subscription but was . charged $$12,08 by Ms and $19,08 by FLIXEASY. I would please like a refund.Thank you kindly fo your attention this matter..

They gave me a invalid key and now will not refund me. AVOID

You delivered the product as stated.
The only problem I have run into is when I purchase a 5 computer license and install it on a PC, the next time on different PC Microsoft state's that the license has been used max amount per the license

Had trouble at first, then found out I had to log into google. Mix-up with keys, but was handled quickly and efficiently by customer service. Everything runs smoothly now.

I made a purchase, and received my product key immediately. They not scammers. I had some glitches loading but the customer support via email responded and resolved all issues👍🏻They actually quite helpful with good after care service.

Putchased Office 2021 5 lic had them installed and working fine for a few months then boom need to validate from microsoft emailed support sent emails with screen shots after a couple of tries all is working again thank you.

The key does not work with Microsoft and after contacting them, they said they checked and it is not damaged and working fine. Will not refund or give new key. Not impressed at all. Do not buy keys from this company

My experience was excellent with Flixeasy. The staff provided the guidance needed to upgrade and install Windows 10 Professional. Dealing with operating systems sometimes can be intimidating, but Flixeasy gave me the confidence to complete the task. The quality of service and speed of response were truly deserving of the five-star rating. The price was very competitive. Keep up the good work.

In January I bought a 2024 Microsoft Office program from Flixeasy with licenses to install it on two computers. There is no expiration for the installation so I should be able to use it for several years until it eventually becomes obsolete.

When I received the software (online) from Flixeasy I was given a code to enter to validate it. Unfortunately a few days ago I began to get messages when I opened any of the Office programs saying that my software was not validated and it would stop working after a few days.

I contacted Flixeasy via email and they asked me for screenshots of the messages I had received. We ended up going back and forth a couple of times but they were very understanding and helpful. After two days I had the codes I needed to successfully validate the software and now it works fine with no messages.

The customer service was provided very willingly and they were very responsive over two days until the problem was resolved. I appreciated their willingness to stick with it until the problem with the software was resolved. Very happy with the way they handled it and would recommend them highly.
