As i have said i was scare of parting with my money thinking I would I wohld be scammed but Tom proved me wrong and Tom if you can read this I am sorry fir not trusting you in the first place. Need help to get my money back
Having gone through several reviews about flightsway and they are all very negative and i am still waiting for a £150 refund and no good response from your side so far before i start saying it all and i ll take every necessary means of getting my money back

Scam company beware
Scam company beware! They made me pay a deposit of £150 and then I paid £226 with a remaining £226 balance to pay by 26th August 2026. I have been chasing them to produce the flight ticket in vain. They would casually pick up the phone call with promises that they never kept. I am going to report the company to the police and the body of travel agencies as a scam travel agency. I also request a full refund of what I paid them.

I No Longer Had Confidence in Their Communication
My experience with Flights Way Ltd has been extremely disappointing.
Before making my booking, I specifically asked whether I could cancel or reschedule if my travel plans changed. Based on the assurance I received, I proceeded to pay the deposit.
When my travel plans later changed, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the matter, my request was refused, with the company relying on a non-refundable deposit policy that was never communicated to me before I made payment.
What has been most frustrating is the handling of my complaint. I have found the responses inconsistent, and statements made during telephone conversations have differed from what has later been stated in writing.
I appreciate that businesses have terms and conditions, but customers should be given clear and accurate information before they commit to paying. In my case, I do not believe that happened.

We would like to clarify the sequence of events regarding your booking. Initially, your flight was booked as requested. You then submitted a cancellation request, which was subsequently withdrawn when you asked us to arrange new travel dates instead. Our team proceeded with processing your revised travel request. However, after the cancellation request had been withdrawn and the new travel dates were being processed, you requested cancellation again.
These multiple changes within a short period made your booking significantly more complex, as each new request required us to work with the airline and adjust the funds already paid towards the latest instructions we received.
Despite these circumstances, we have continued to offer a practical solution by confirming that your full deposited amount remains available to be adjusted towards a new booking. We are still happy to honour this arrangement and assist you with any future travel dates that suit your plans.
Throughout this process, our team answered your calls, remained in continuous communication, and made every effort to assist you. Unfortunately, communication later became difficult when our calls were no longer being answered, which limited our ability to resolve the matter directly.
We respect every customer's right to leave a review. However, we feel this review does not fully reflect the complete sequence of events or the ongoing assistance and flexibility we have offered.
Our offer remains open, and we sincerely invite you to contact us so we can apply your full deposited amount towards a new booking and bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion for both parties.

Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Refund Handling
I paid a £100 deposit for a flight, only for the terms to later be changed and for me to be offered another flight at a significantly higher cost, higher than the price advertised directly on the airline's website.
I also overpaid by £16 and requested a refund of the outstanding amount. Unfortunately, despite making repeated requests, I have still not received my refund after more than two months.
The so-called Senior Travel Consultant, Tom Latham, has also failed to respond to my messages or take any action to resolve the matter. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, particularly given the lack of communication and failure to refund money that is rightfully owed to me.
I would not recommend using this service based on my experience. I hope this matter is finally resolved and my outstanding £16 is refunded without further delay.

Words fail me to describe how reassuring and professional Tom Latham is. I was literally scared of missing the trip due to flight schedule changes. He took his time to look for a good deal, re-assuring me all the way even when my bank wouldn’t let the payment go through at the instant.

I am very disappointed with my experience with flightsway
In December I paid 100£deposit for à flight booking. On the day to pay the remaining balance I was informed that the airlines had increased the ticket price due to changes that I did not request or agree to. I was unable to continue with the booking and asked for my 100£ deposit to be refunded . Since then I just received an email confirming my case was under investigation and after 4 weeks à payment will be made. Since they refuse to pick my call
