My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to Jenny. She helped us get the best deal for our flight to Zimbabwe. Helpful and supportive throughout. She had to stay a bit longer at the office to ensure our flights were safely secured. I’d recommend her services 👍🏾
I bought a ticket to my country Zimbabwe which I am only travelling for 10 hrs. I used to travel for more than 24 hrs if I buy a cheap ticket but Jenny was a star to me thank you so much Jenny.

She was able to arrange and book my flight in record time, and I was particularly impressed by how thorough she was throughout the booking process. Any potential errors or details that needed correcting were picked up and dealt with almost immediately, which gave me complete confidence and reassurance.

I had a sort of late booking but all got fixed in a short time besides I had received quite a great deal of flight options to pick from so I can say so far so good and would recommend someone else and promise to use this service for all my and family trips.

I kept getting through to AI customer services of the other popular travel companies just to allow me book unaccompanied flight for my 16 year old. But I got to speak to a real being here who assisted me till the point where BA’s website confirmed the flight for my 16 year old to travel unaccompanied. Thank you
