Team in Dunedin , particularly Mikayla has been fantastic, responsive and really helpful when we first booked our trip but also a few recent changes that were needed. So far, our experience with the team has been excellent.

I felt very comfortable and at ease with our Travel Agent Laura Millis. She was very welcoming, warm and a good listener. I appreciated her patience and clarity in helping us clarify what we wanted and in making changes between our visits to her. She was very prompt in adjusting our booking arrangements
Her enthusiasm for our country of destination was reassuring as she visited it last year and was able to give suggestions and information that added value to our consultations with her, helping us sense the ethos of the country. She gave "handy hints" on navigating our journey.

Excellent experience with Natalie Lawton as our travel expert, highly recommend her. Making the whole process of booking a great holiday easy and always responds quickly to any questions.

Laura had personal experience of Turkey...This enabled her to convey both useful information and a bubbling enthusiastic feeling about how much she enjoyed this country. She is both a good listener and a one whose clarity of response is excellent. She actually is fully present and seems to enjoy her job. Gratitude Laura

Kaci from Flight Centre was awesome. The whole procedure was painless and really helpful. We both felt st ease, and all our requirements were met very professionally.

Daniel Dias at Flight Centre provided exceptional service, combining expert knowledge with a warm, engaging manner that made even the most complex itinerary options easy to understand. He found a routing that saved me nearly NZ$1,000, patiently guided me through every pre-departure detail despite my being a seasoned traveller, and delivered a truly five-star-plus experience that I recommend without hesitation.

Vanessa took the time to actually understand what we wanted, which was complicated and demanding, with such ease and professionalism!! Nothing was a hassle even when we had constant changes. From initial consult to document issue, everything was smooth and consistent. We are in very good hands!
