The process was very easy and simple but the groom got sold rooms that was not offered at this particular resort. (1 king bed vs 2 single beds). So now we are stuck with 1 king bed without recourse because the person who sold him the rooms is no longer with the company. Have not heard anything from Flight Centre in terms of this mix up personally.

If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Harold at the Flight Center in Burlington. This was basically a last minute flight to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede and to visit Banff. Ashley was very professional and courteous along with showing a lot of patience as it was close to closing time.
