Good service, good support
I'm using the service for a couple of years now during travel to various places in the world. Service works good and internet is stable.
Sometimes setting up the eSIM or setting up the connection gives some trouble but the support is very helpful and responsive. Most issues I encountered were related to settings in my side.

Great Customer service
I installed my esim and did everything that the online instructions said and I couldn't get data. The signal was full but with no data.
I had realised this when I landed in Egypt, so when I got to the hotel and connected to WiFi, I got In touch with the customer support team via whatsapp. And they have been brilliant throughout, helping g to truobleshoot and fault find in order to get a resolution.
Their response times were excellent too.
