Bought a 2016 Lexus nx 300h recently from this well established local family business. Excellent service, no pushy sales teams, very competitive price and a fair part exchange for my old car. A coupl... Vis mer

Very Helpful and Friendly team
I would definitely recommend fleetwood Cars to my friends and family. There was no pressured sales tactics and when I did want some information on a vehicle, they were more than happy to assist and allow me to test drive. Thanks for all your help, will definitely return in the future.

Thanks for your recommendation and for taking the time to leave us a review Ben. Look forward to seeing you again in the future!
Not a great experience buying from…
Not a great experience buying from here. When the car broke down within weeks, I constantly had to chase for a response and was then led to believe that I’d done something to damage the vehicle. This wasn’t the case and although the matter was rectified, there was no apology and the whole experience was completely unnecessary and stressful. It cost me money and I was without transport for weeks. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi Vicky. Thanks for your review, and apologies that you feel you have not been looked after correctly. Please could you contact David on 01253 770073 or email david@fleetwoodcarcentre.co.uk so some more information can be gathered, and I can look into the experience you say you have encountered. I need the details of the car bought and the name of who it was you were dealing with. We offer courtesy cars so I am unsure why you have been without transportation. Once I have the full picture on what happened and what caused the issue in the first place I can then comment further. Great to hear that your issue has now been rectified. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Kind regards, David Evans.
