Watch out if trading your car bottom price
I had enquired online about the car, rang on the day it was waiting for me to look at took out for test drive but Ernie didnt seem interested at all. Using We buy any car as to get the trade in price ridiculous, had a price on autotrader wouldnt even consider that.
What a wasted trip car overpriced in comparison to others.

Hi Paul. Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I will pass this on to Ernie. It does not sound like the usual level of service that Ernie provides. He has worked for us for many years and has a lot of repeat customers so I will see what occurred that day. I would like to hear what he has to say about the encounter between you both.
I would like to address your points raised which may help give you some insight for when buying elsewhere in the future.
When we value a part exchange, we look at a variety of data including CAP, book value, retail ratings, future retail values and We Buy Any Car. Looking at We Buy Any Car is not ridiculous as it gives us an idea of current market sentiment in the trade. WBAC are owned by British Car Auctions, and it goes without saying that they have access to used car data for thousands of cars which go through their auctions every week. So seeing where they think the car is currently sat is useful knowledge as they are seeing how much they are making at auction. We also do look at the figure Autotrader quote to customers and we then see how that sits with the rest of the data we have access to. We can then make our decision on what we want to give for your car.
I also note your comment about you feeling our car was over priced. I am interested to know why you enquired on it in the first place if this is what you thought. I know for a fact that none of our cars are over priced as our prices are checked daily therefore I know that all of our stock is very competitive. We would not get the leads in the first place if we were over priced. As shown by the fact that you were interested enough to come and test drive. I have looked into the car you drove and according to Autotrader's retail values, it is currently ranked number 2 in the whole country in terms of value. To be exact, they are currently saying it is priced £931 below their recommended retail figure. The only ones which are cheaper have done a lot more miles than our car. I can not see a single car on Autotrader which makes our car look over priced.
As well as offering our cars at a low price, we do not charge any admin fees, which is something you may come across at other dealerships. We do not charge these fees as we like to keep things nice and simple for our customers. So keep an eye out for that when you are looking elsewhere Paul.
And finally, the prices we give for part exchanges are always fair and represent current market value. However, you have the choice to try and sell your car elsewhere if you disagree with our valuation and then come to us with no part exchange. You are obviously entitled to your opinion on what you think your car is worth. If we do not agree then that is just unfortunate. There is no need to make it personal and come out with statements on the internet about us which are not true.
In future, I would suggest before taking to your computer to attempt harm on our business, you do a bit more homework on the subject and the market.

Not at all pushy and made everything go so smoothly from the moment we arrived at Fleetwood Car Centre to the moment we left in our spotless, well priced Kia Sportage. The Fylde Coasts No 1
We went to look at a specific car, a Volvo XC40 for the Mother-in-Law. We are so well looked after, so much so after endless test drives from other sellers (mainly main dealers) the whole experience was so much better.
The car was bought, they helped with the tax at the local post office and were just so easy to do business with. The price was terrific too. We checked out Autotrader where their cars are rated on the value for money; this car was ranked as "Great" value

Great service
Great, quick and easy service. No pressure at all when looking, we approached them and was allowed a test drive. Ernie was a great help thank you. Was really happy with what i was offered for my old car. Drove home in my new car within the hour 😃

A Car Centre that cares!
Finally, a car centre that puts customer service first. The service received at Fleetwood Car Centre from the moment my wife & I walked into the showroom to look at the car through to handover was nothing short of fantastic. Our salesman Ernie was a true gentleman and never put us under pressure to purchase the vehicle. He assisted us arranging the finance along with an extended warranty and paint protection. I will certainly be recommending this company to my friends and family along with using again in the future.

Great Aftercare
I have just bought my third vehicle from Fleetwood Car Centre. I always find them great to deal and their vehicles are always a decent price, my last vehicle I bought from them developed a few problems which I know can happen with used cars. I called David and he got my vehicle back in the next day and sorted all the problems out. I find this kind of service the best as when a problem arises, which it can do with a used product its how the company deals with your problem... to many company's fob you off these days, but not Fleetwood Car centre. Well done guys!

Great service
