Nearly a Year Waiting, No Car, No Refund
I ordered a Land Rover Defender through Fleetsauce in February 2025. As of 17 December 2025, I still have no delivery date and have received no meaningful updates. The only information provided repeatedly is that the vehicle “has a build slot,” which after this length of time is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
The original timeframe quoted has been exceeded by a significant margin, with no transparency or clear communication on when (or if) the vehicle would be delivered. Due to this excessive delay, I contacted Fleetsauce to cancel the order, which they agreed to do.
However, I am very disappointed that Fleetsauce has refused to refund the booking fee, despite the delay being caused by supply issues entirely outside of my control. This does not feel fair or reasonable given that Fleetsauce has been unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
Overall, poor communication, excessive delays, and an unwillingness to take responsibility for supplier-related issues have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would think carefully before placing an order with Fleetsauce.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Vehicle production and delivery schedules are determined entirely by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the delays experienced were due to ongoing supply chain and production constraints outside of our control, which we acknowledge can be extremely frustrating.
These issues were further impacted by a cyber attack affecting Land Rover systems, which significantly disrupted production planning and limited the build and delivery information available to dealers during this period.
We do our best to pass on all confirmed updates as soon as they are received. However, the information provided by the manufacturer during this time was extremely limited, which we understand fell short of your expectations. We can only work with the updates supplied to us, but we pride ourselves on doing everything possible to keep customers informed and to make the ordering journey as smooth as possible.
The processing fee is charged to cover administration and order placement costs already incurred and, as outlined at the point of order, is non-refundable, even in cases where delays are manufacturer-related. We regret that this outcome has added to your disappointment.
We value all customer feedback, and your comments have been noted.
Business car lease for a new startup company
Being a business owner of a new startup company, it can be tricky getting a business car lease due to the limited time the business has been trading. However, the team at Fleetsauce not only helped me securing finance approval but also ensured I got the perfect electric vehicle to suit my needs. Their customer services is second to none from the initial enquiry, to placing an order and vehicle delivery. A big thank you to Steven, Luke and Caitlin for their amazing support throughout this process.

You would be mad not to use them!
Honestly, when I first looked at Fleet Sauce, I thought it was too good to be true. How else could they offer me the exact same car with the same spec as the main dealership, but at almost £200 per month less.
The whole process was so simple, Jack was great and made sure everything was sorted efficiently. I was a little panicked at times as I felt that I was missing something, but in reality, they ticked all the boxes, told me when the car would be delivered, it even came a day early.
I think I expected the process to be drawn out, but Fleet Sauce were great and did all they needed to do and I was in my new car within 14 days of receiving the initial quote.
