Stellar service and excellent pricing from Carwow leasey. I have arranged a lease deal with Carwow Leasey for a new model that is awaiting delivery; the pricing has been very reasonable and above everything the process has been incredibly easy. I had finance clearance within half an hour of deciding to go ahead, paperwork all delivered smoothly. My account manager Maxwell has been responsive and answered any queries very quickly indeed.

I am awaiting delivery and will update once this occurs - but at this stage, this must be the easiest way to procure a new vehicle.

After a bad experience with another leasing company, Carwow were excellent. In particular Max who was a pleasure to deal with!

I dealt with Sven Liegis from the beginning of negotiations to delivery. When we first linked up the issue in front of us was pricing compared to other brokers. After a few exchanges Sven and I were able to agree a mutually satisfactory financial deal on the exact car of my choice. From that point on I was regularly updated on the process to deliver my vehicle on the date I chose.

A difficult one to sum up as to where does Carwow Leasey responsibilities end and the supplying dealer start. Easy to place an order and a fantastic deal. The car took over 6 months to arrive despite the original timescale being 2 months. Had to chase far too many times for updates. Was finally told it would be delivered in August only to take delivery today (29th September). When I saw the car for the first time it was filthy. I just feel disappointed with the whole experience and expected more. The Carwow team, as brokers, just didn't give me enough. Marked down for the lack of communication and failed promise. Next time I think I'll go straight to a dealer for direct answers and accountability for any issues that may arise.

My first time leasing a vehicle and the experience could not have been more straightforward.
A quick name drop for Ralph Burbeck-Hunt who dealt with the majority of the correspondence. Ralph was very polite, professional, well spoken and responded promptly to any communication. A realistic timescale for delivery was given, and I was kept updated on the progress every two weeks. In the end delivery was slightly earlier than expected.
Delivery itself by the supplying dealer was trouble free, with the driver giving ample notice of expected arrival time. Handover was straightforward.
A follow up call was appreciated, with advice then supplied as to how to resolve a small issue with the dealer.
All in all a very positive experience.

Firstly the cost of leasing the vehicle I wanted was better than all other companies on the comparison website.
Then I was assisted by a very competent young man called Noa Venter. Guided by him I moved through all the arrangements quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. The training by provided by Carwow is obviously first class. Judging by Noa, their employees obviously know their job.
