Great customer support (Courtney), very fast in answers. Solved my problems quickly. Shippment is very fast, and of course, Flavour blaster is amazing product :)

You buy a 400 euros kit in less than too years the machine doesnt work anymore. And they told they dont fix because its more expensive than the machine and they dont have spare parts either. The only they offer its buy another for 319 euros instead of 320!!! Scammers betrer check another sellers. 1. my machine wasnt dismantle or smashed dont lie. 2 your supper discount was 1 euros another lie again. a 3 your technic was ther only for offer buy the new product and told theres no spare parts even. 4 i never ask for warranty cover only for can buy spare parts o technical deparment for fix. your answer was its too expensive fix. 400euros machine to expensive fix...when all the parts was ok except the start button.so stop lying

I have to say I’ve now had over three of these flavour blasters over the past year an a half. I chose the mini as I rarely use it and only need it for occasional events. My first one stopped working randomly for no apparent reason. I just assumed it was fault and over the past year I purchased two more for different colleagues. I was happy at first but then all three just stop working randomly. Occasionally it works and then just stops. I’ve contacted support on many occasions and they just give me a whole load of jargon when realistically If your spending that sort of money you shouldn’t only be able to use it like twice before it stops. Both of my recent guns I hadn’t used for ages and then finally went to use them and they just don’t work. One doesn’t turn off or charge and the other one does but then just doesn’t blow out any of the smoke. They are extremely finicky and I’ve had to buy a different product on Amazon because I can’t keep chancing it may work or may not work. I keep being told to go with not technical support which I’ve done but they don’t seem to join the meeting. Today I was waiting for over 15 mins and no one came to the phone. I’d say if you would like something reliable and good customer service I wouldn’t use this brand.

We've purchased a number of the blasters through the years, both for our restaurant as well as home, and we have been very happy with the product. Customer service is great and Courtney has been fantastic in letting us know about new products and options. Highly recommended!

We were interested in an item from this website, however it was expensive for me and left in the cart. Courtney from the company has contacted personally and made sure to give us their best prices so that it will match our budget. I am now waiting for the item and so looking forward to use it. I reached out to the Flavour Blaster team to order the mini Blasters for my whole team for our virtual end-of-year celebration activity. They made it easy for me to do a bulk order and customize the packages for the team. Kelly graciously hosted a video call for the whole team where she taught us best practices for using the Blaster, how to do some tricks with it, and coached us live to become power users. She was funny and the team really enjoyed our time together. And since, everyone has had fun showing off their skills to their friends! Thank you FB team!!

I placed my order over a month ao and still have not received it. The exact words from customer service is as follows:

"Our European fulfilment centre were awaiting stock to arrive which has delayed some orders. Your order is now in transit."

This is really ridiculous especially since their website stated 10 working days for delivery...

The Flavour blaster is legit in its own lane ! I use it for events and my clients are mesmerized by its efficiency and cool effects . Easy to use , clean & pack away ! The perfect utensil to upgrade any event . I love this company & want to continue to grow with them !

The Flavour Blaster kit is just perfect for the cocktail events/parties. It’s very easy to use and create edible bubbles, fragrant mist and aromatic clouds for different cocktails or shots!People love it so much!! I guess most of the Mixologists will be wanting this in their bar !!

I purchased the pro 2 and the mini and I got to say, I love this product!! I consult for a few restaurants and i always suggest to incorporate this product because it really gives guests that amazing experience! Absolutely love my flavour blaster mini it’s such great fun adding an aroma bubble to your drink not only does it look good it enhances the flavour of your drinks.
The glassware is just stunning and I always get great compliments on instagram when I post them. They don’t only look good they are excellent quality.
