We LOVE our mini Flavour Blaster! We run a mobile cocktail bar and we used it for the first time recently at a medieval event. We bought chalices for our drinks and it was so much fun, adding bubbles and smoke!

It was a bit windy at times, which made the bubbles pop when the breeze caught them. It didn't matter, though, cos we just used the smoke instead which everyone loved!

I ordered 6 pink flamingo glasses, two aromas and a Mini Pro 2 kit. Unfortunately the Mini Pro 2 kit was stolen from the box and re-sealed.

I e-mailed the support team and they had another one shipped out in two days! I received the replacement, and was able to get it to my Mother-in law for her birthday. She loved it, and has loved showing all her friends.

Their products are fantastic, and their support team is top-notch. Thank you, Flavour Blaster Team!

I asked for vegan and kosher certificates in March, it is now June and they still haven't provided them all. The last ones they sent were expired and it took ages to send updated ones. Terrible customer service - if you don't have the certificates then don't advertise your products as vegan and kosher!! I have had clients cancel business with me because they wanted the bubble gun but I couldn't get proof it was vegan, they still haven't sent me the kosher certificate for the Bubble mix and the neutral aroma flavour. Very concerning, I don't believe they have the certificates as why else would it take so long to send them over.

They also have an advert that keeps coming up on my Insta feed that says you get up to 2000 serves per kit, but that cant possibly be true cos it only comes with 1 tank, and from their videos online it says a tank only lasts 250 serves, so they're ripping you off.

Don't believe all of the other reviews on here, the good ones are all from influencers who are paid to say it's good.

Since I started using it so much at the bar and at events, the show is guaranteed. Customers take more photos and interact more on social media, and I think we sell more.

I run two professional cocktail bars and have been a long-term customer of Flavour Blaster, spending a significant amount of money on their products (liquid, bubble solution, and equipment).
Recently, I purchased a new unit to replace a previous one that stopped working. After just two months, the new device has also failed.
The issue is clearly not related to the tanks. I have tested the unit with three brand-new tanks, and it still does not work. It is obvious that the problem comes from the internal mechanism, most likely the fan.
Despite explaining this multiple times, their support has been extremely poor:
• They keep insisting on sending replacement tanks (which, by the way, have not even arrived).
• They ignore the actual issue.
• Responses are slow, unclear, or simply not helpful.
This is not just inconvenient — it is affecting my business. I have cocktails on my menu that depend on this equipment, and after printing menus, I am now unable to serve them. That means real financial loss.
What is most frustrating is that I am expected to spend another €700 on a new unit when the current one failed after only two months. That is completely unacceptable.
For a product aimed at professional use, the lack of proper technical support and responsibility is shocking.
If you are considering using this company for your business, be aware: if something goes wrong, you may be left without a solution.
I would not recommend relying on this brand for a professional environment.

The fun never ends with the Flavour Blaster

The product is amazing but the gun is constantly malfunctioning, it takes many many many tries to get the smoke to actually come out of the gun. I manage a restaurant, and this is very popular, but I need someone from support to contact me.
