DO NOT BUY OFF THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE
I booked a holiday with Daniel it was £565 reasonable and then he put me through to someone else asking for an admin charge. He said it was £49 each way! Who charges £49 each way for an admin charge. He said if I keep repeating myself I would not get my documents so I gave him £50. They then called the next day to say the flight had changed so I said I couldn’t do the times as I had a hospital appointment so he said ok I will get you the flight which I thought was odd so he said what about after your appointment so I agreed the 8th. On looking last night the hotel is more or less deralict and they have used photos from another hotel! There is no pool and people have had to find another hotel to go to.
I am absolutely furious that they have done this to me. I am reporting them to watchdog.
I’m now on the phone to my bank who will hopefully help me.

This is a scam and I feel like at idiot. I booked a holiday this morning said it was £179 then when I spoke to them it then went upto £380 and said all booked. Then 5 minutes after the call he said sorry the hotel you wanted Is fully booked . So then there sent me some shit places to look at and I was like no sorry don’t want these when the reviews are bad . Then there found another hotel and wanted an extra £179 . So the hotel I wanted in 1st place is showing on booking.com is available. I spoke to someone called Peter and he said we can not give refunds we can send a voucher. I don’t think so . I’ve contacted my bank and told them what there trying to do to me and other people . I wish I read the reviews 1st

The holiday we saw was exactly what we wanted - weve been to the hotel before. We paid the flights and hotel fees in full when we booked - 29.7.26, the following day the agent called to say that the standard room type we wanted wasnt available, and we would have to pay 298 per person more for an upgrade to deluxe. ( total we had paid was approx 1400) -I contacted the hotel who said the standard rooms were still available. Easy jet and other travel agents were still advertising the standard room.
Only then did we check the reviews for cheekytrip - just about all of them said the same scenario had happened to them too. We said we weren't prepared to pay the extra - on easyjet website it was only £29 per person more to upgrade to deluxe room. They offered several alternative hotels, and every one had very poor reviews, so we declined. Within 24 hours of the booking supposedly being made, we told the agent, from Holiday Global/Flash Holidays that we wanted to cancel
I researched my rights and found that as it was the agents who were breaching contract, the whole fees paid should be refunded in cash, no credit notes or vouchers. The other option was for the additional charge to be met by the travel agent.
I quoted these regulations and provided evidence by WhatsApp message (their preferred form of contact) email, telephone, however I could.
The majority of the time they didnt return calls, there was no customer service department.
One agent called it a concerns team, the next person I spoke to didnt know what i was talking about - there is no concerns team!
Its taken 15 days to get a partial refund, Travel Package and Linked Travel Regulations 2018 say the refund must be paid in full within 14 days...
They have told me to apply for the flight refund via easyjet, knowing that you cant get refunds on flights - I also sent evidence of this to them.
Cheekytrip deny association with the agencies who advertise on their sites, and threaten to remove negative feedback - although I have sent them all of the evidence too.
My advice to anybody is dont bother with them.

Flash Holidays !!!!This company is a complete scam scam scam and I would strongly advise people to stay away from them.

Since 28 May 2026 they have put me through a stressful and upsetting experience. They took £1,000 from me to secure a holiday booking and told me they would sort out the accommodation. We then agreed that the total cost of the holiday would be £1,355.

After taking my money, they came back and said that the accommodation was no longer available. Instead of honouring the agreed price of £1,355, they suddenly demanded £1,955 for the holiday. Their high-pressure sales tactics caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety since Thursday

I explained repeatedly that I could not afford this increase and was extremely distressed. I was even crying on the phone and begging them to help, but they showed no concern and refused to listen.

Since then, I have only received one email. I have not been given a “booking reference number, “proper confirmation, or any clear information about my booking. Their customer service has been awful. Different people keep calling me, often using different English names, and it seems to be the same individuals contacting each time.

I was also promised a full refund by someone who identified himself as Brendan Smith. However, when I later spoke to someone calling himself David Gibson, I was told that Brendan Smith did not even work for the company. I found this extremely concerning and confusing, particularly as I had relied on the promise I had been given. During the conversation, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

The whole experience has been confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that people avoid this company.

Had a transfer issue from Antalya Airport to Alanya which was a complete neglect of duty of care. Not received by anybody at the airport and had to arrange a private taxi for €60 for the 120km journey at 23:00 in the night. Got to hotel at 01:00 and no hotel booked. Had to pay a deposit of €50 for a night sleep. No resolution yet for a refund despite numerous emails. Very disappointed

They took the money for the package of £700 approx, then when they took the money they then demanded another £100 for 'flight fees'.
I contested this as you can't just take payment then demand more or cancel attitude, and they gave in to me. But they done me over by sending another confirmation of the total order but they removed the transfers sneakily to do one over on me. I emailed him, texted him and he blanked me after that. Luckily i spotted this or i would have been stuck at the airport. I then contested this and they said they would listen to the calls but with the arrogant attitudes then said well you confirmed it, it is what it is now. Tough basically. The guy who sorted the package out called Rocky Guzman then blanked me, ignored my calls. Ghosted. Utter scamming firm. Had to sort my own transferes out which costed my in the long run. AVOID THESE SCAMMING CRETINS. Not to mention the pushy sales tactics too. Did a sneaky catch 22 on me for the transfers because I wouldn't pay there flight fees.

Avoid at all cost. Total scam company. I have police, trading standards and ATOL invovled. Please please avoid do not use this company

Everyone, please be very careful of hidden charges, false advertising and pushy sales tactics.
I agreed a holiday package with Royden Turner, as soon as I gave him my credit card details a charge was taken for the flights part of the package and I was then emailed at quote for alot more than was verbally agreed. I challenged this and was given a number of light weight excuses.
The following day the hotel I wanted wasn't available so I'd have to pick a different accommodation but had to keep the flights as I was only told after payment was taken that they were non-refundable!
I then offered to just take the flights and was quoted another €140 in admin charges!
People, beware! SCAM ARTISTS🤔😡
Unfortunately I didn't read the previous very negative reviews, it would have saved me alot of money & stress!

Booked on the phone, was read a disclaimer etc.. flights booked and then guess what, the accommodation is not available, someone else has booked it. So I cost me an extra £450 to sort. I genuinely think that hear people are fraudulent in the way they do business. I was totally shafted. Never use them!
