Booked a holiday to Egypt with Flash holidays.
Paperwork came through as Holiday Globe with Travelopedia Ltd on to.
Payment went to SKYBLUEHOLIDAYS. We got to Hotel to find it had been closed down for many months! Nobody answered our calls or 2 irate email. when we were stuck back at the airport. We had to book somewhere else ourselves. First contact was over 16 hrs later. Too late then.
Refusing to refund the money we paid for the hotel we didn't get. Offered some money and a holiday voucher. Would never go with any of them again.
Check your hotel is still operating so this doesn't happen to you.

Booked a holiday with a girl called Jessica, was told a certain price for holiday then when I paid deposit the price went up by over £100 , then tried to make me upgrade room without giving me a price , absolutely con artists

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The booking process was unclear, and I was asked for more money after the holiday was already booked. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

If you want to loose money then you book with this company and flashholiday/holiday globe they all sky holiday partner company.
I book my holiday with holiday globe partner company (jessica book my holiday )once i book everything after she(jessica)is asking more money about all taxes. She did not mention before.

Don't ever book through this company! I booked a penthouse with a hot tub, all inclusive, spa, steam,jacuzzi (well being 4 star hotel) Casamaia. Booked by cheeky trips Philip salt. Horrific! Penthouse didn't exist. Hot tub dismantled over 3 years ago! Nit all inclusive! A CLOSED HOTEL. Filthy dirty, no bar, no restaurant, NO STAFF closed. Told to use the sister hotel up the road! Sockets broken, shower tray cracked. It was a 2 bed slept 6!! Why would I book that on my own! And they wouldn't issue me with my boarding pass until I paid another £145 due to not getting me on the flight home!! Which after checking was NOT full. I have all the photos. The sister hotel has requested them to NOT sell the holiday as it in not a functional hotel!! I saw 4 other angry people there in 5 days! I've complained and told to wait 28 days!

Do Not Book a Holiday with these companies, Sky Blue holidays, globe holidays, Cheeky Fares, or Flash Holidays !!
They are nothing to do with Jet2, EasyJet or Ryan air when speaking with them they confirmed that they were affiliated with these companies but they are NOT in anyway connected to them in anyway booked my holiday to be told they wanted an admin fee over and above the price they said they could do the holiday for, then we never got the booking confirmation so rang them back x3 times to be given different details on the booking destination, flight numbers, mobile number etc.. this rang alarm bells 🔔 to me so I contacted the credit card company straight away to which I’ve been told they are looking into the fraudulent companies!
Then on the same day I received a text message saying they had cancelled my holiday which was for my birthday 😡 and told me I would not be getting a refund Massive Scam!! do not book with these companies can’t stress that enough just lucky I booked with my credit card which is now cancelled!!

Disgusting. Booked a holiday, agreed on a price, paid the deposit and then when I went to pay the remainder they wanted another £600. Even though the holiday on their site had gone down in price. They were so rude, told me if I didn’t pay they would pursue me for the money. Their customer service agent was so rude so I’ve had to file a dispute to get a refund. They’re still housing and threatening me now. I’m now receiving emails from flash holidays, holiday globe demanding money.

The worst company to book a holiday with, they give you a good deal take your money and then come back and say the flight’s not available but they’ve booked the hotel. They read the terms and conditions after you’ve booked so you can’t have a refund and if you don’t book something else with them, you’ve lost your deposit. There were no help at all couldn’t rectify anything. My daughter had to find a flight. Do not trust this company. Do not fly with this company. Do not book this company.

Rang me following a conversation with 'Cheeky Trip' to book a break in Crete. All of a sudden when 'Roland' called, the room I booked wasn't available (although availability on line on other sites) and he wanted an additional £120. I said no thank you, he was hard core selling at that point trying to get me to book a different hotel, I repeatedly said no, he continued talking over me and then said I was shouting at him! I couldn't get a word in. Eventually he stopped when he realised I wouldn't budge and wanted my £534 back. He said I would get a refund and hung up. It's 22 days later, still no refund and I've had to report them for fraud to Santander.

Do not use this company! They will take your money and you will get no holiday. I paid 6k deposit for a holiday at christmas time to only be told it had gone up another 3k. They won't do anything about it or give you a refund. Absolutely disgusting

Tried to take £1601 out of my bank for a holiday. My bank blocked the payment as flagged up scam. I told them not to bother and I’m not interested in moving forward. 1 hour later I check my bank and they take £500, £500, £601

Raised with action fraud, atol, and my bank are getting the money back

Absolutley disgusting company sold us a holiday to turkey with direct flights.then the next day tried to tell us the flights would be not going direct and expected us to stay in Istanbul airport for 2 of the nights.then we had to endure countless nondicle phone calls of various members of their team telling us the several hundred pound deposit was non refundable.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not book with this company. No after sales service. False advertising on there web page. Shocking hotel in Baleek Turkey. Still cannot get a response from last June. Choose another agent please

Shocking. Big scam. Paid for a holiday was told by Maria she would phone me back with booking confirmation (alarm bells ringing as I should’ve had it there and then). When she finally rang back. The rooms at the hotel was no longer available (but website still showing same prices for days after) wanted and extra £250 to secure an upgraded room. We decided to cancel and wanted a full refund as we paid £370 (luckily we didn’t pay it all as that’s what we was going to do). Still waiting a managers call back and still waiting our refund. Booked same hotel same dates same price with loveholidays no issues what so ever.

Lisa actually rang me back the next day and was informed that if I don’t remove my review then I won’t have my refund this is blackmail was told I would have confirmation within half hour of our phone call ending. Never received confirmation email. But did have the refund.

There was no transfer so we had to pay for 2 private taxis. I complained to this company and still after 3 months there's no acknowledgement, investigation or refund of my money. They keep putting my phone down.
Do not use as they're not ABTA regulated and only bothered about their profit.

Terrible company
Essentially the deal they offer online is not something they can actually provide. They promise you will receive a confirmation email/call and then nothing.
You have to call them yourself and only then find out they can’t actually provide the holiday they offered and if you do want it you will have to pay more money to them.
So in summary they in writing confirmed my holiday took payment and then never actually had the holiday booked. I have asked for a refund and an email confirming this, no idea if I will actually get my money back from the scam company.
Don’t book online with them!!!
