Lighter and help
The lighter itself is great quality and as advertised, I was experiencing problems with the flame after a few months and I emailed customer service for any repairs or a replacement. They emailed me with instructions on checking to make sure it can’t be fixed before returning. After following the advice the flame started working properly again, great CS and product

Great customer service
I ordered 3 of the same items from them, one didn't function correctly. After troubleshooting didn't work, they shipped me out a new item that worked perfectly like the other two.

This company is amazing!!! 5/5 stars all around.
At first when I was ordering I was not expecting much, considering I had stumbled upon their TikTok's and had not ordered anything from a TikTok business prior. But I was completely pleasantly surprised. The customer service is so friendly, I accidently added the wrong address, and they helped me correct my own personal errors. I would recommend ordering from them to anyone if you're looking for a quality service.

Great service and communication
Great service and communication, my lighter did not work as it arrived but I wrote an email explaining everything and they quickly got back to me and sent me a replacement.

All of our lighters are inspected prior to shipping, but we understand things like this can happen. We'd be more than happy to issue a full refund, or send you a replacement lighter free of charge. Just as an update to a previous review, I couldn't be happier with the full size 1:1 scale movie replica Constantine lighter. It's quality is even better than I had hoped. Love the weight and it's an awesome display and conversation piece, in addition to being totally functional. Customer service is A++ Make your purchase with confidence.

One of the lighter didn't work…
One of the lighter didn't work contacted customer service Emily, she was great responded back in a timely fashion and they sent me a replacement lighter that was pretty awesome and cool no complaints from me!

I ordered 2 different lighters
I ordered 2 different lighters, one worked and one didn't. I contacted the company and, they stood behind their product and I received my replacement lighter today. I'm 69, I know that not all companies do stand behind their products. THIS COMPANY DID! I love the lighters but for me, their customer service was tops! That's hard to find anymore. Thank you!
This is the coolest lighter. Lights up blue and green with a flame that goes from blue to green. Even my 21 year old grandson loves it! Great company and great product!
