The lighters are dope as hell, the attention to detail is pretty cool too I got the cannon lighter and the wheels on it will actually roll I thought that was cool lol. Good service too, if your in doubt about your order you should reach out to them for sure!

Great product & help
I bought the Thor's hammer lighter, works brilliantly and the attention to detail is amazing!
I had linked my shop app for my purchase which didn't update me at all, so I had actually emailed the company and they were very helpful with getting my tracking sorted for me. Would definitely buy from them again!

Huge disappointment as was very excited for it to arrive, just for it to break within an hour

If the cylinder on the bottom of the lighter (the butane valve) popped out while adjusting the flame, this is likely due to the flame being adjusted much too high to the point where the valve was completely unthreaded.
We understand things like this can happen, and we want to make sure you get to use the lighter you were eagerly anticipating. We've reached out to you over email and we'll do our best to help you out!

Inadequate
First of all, the first lighter I ordered never arrived, thankfully I was issued a refund but when I ordered again the two lighters i ordered both stopped working after about a week of use. I think for the amount of money these lighters cost they should not be “breaking” that quickly. And yes, I did purchase extra butane to refill the lighters and they just wouldn’t work.

We understand how frustrating it can be if the two lighters you received both stopped working after a week of use. All lighters are tested to ensure they work prior to shipping, but we understand issues can occasionally arise.
We have a dedicated team that's more than happy to help you out with your lighters. In 90% of cases, we can get the lighters working as they should with some quick troubleshooting.
In the case that you've received two faulty lighters, all lighters come with a 1-year warranty so we'd be more than happy to send you some free replacements. We've reached out to you over email to help you out!

Great Quality and Very good Customerservice
I have ordered there Twice and bought a total of 3 Lighters, 2 of them were perfect and the quality was great. One lighter had a Malfunction which i notified the Support about and got quick and good help, they quickly offered me a replacement aswell as an additional free lighter for my troubles (up to 20 Euro) after sending a video of the Malfunction as Proof. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this Store if you are looking for cool lighters for yourself or as gifts.

Great lighters and Better staff
The lighters are very cool and useful! Some items were forgotten but the staff are extremely helpful and have been helping me get a charging cable and flame adjustor.
I’d highly recommend buying a lighter or two from here.
