Flamenca Cars Anmeldelser

Best car rental experience in Murcia ever!! Very responsive to emails and telephone calls for any issues I had with my booking.
The staff I dealt with all spoke English which was so helpful.
There are really no hidden cost or up-selling at point of collection absolutely transparent.
At the airport arrivals and departures there was someone looking out for me to collect/ return the car.
Honestly the quickest I have ever left the airport!

If you’re looking for car parking at Alicante airport, look no further than Flamenca. Excellent service, staff and price. They really do go the extra mile . Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. There are plenty of companies out there where promise the earth. This company actually delivers. Really friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from this company. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

I have been using Flamenca Cars for a couple of years now and am so glad that I Found them. We visit Spain 3 times a year and after being previously ripped off by another hire company with yellow metal in their name we were looking for someone to give us a trustworthy service at a reasonable price. The price they quote is the price you pay, no pressure sales of extra insurance. Their service, both from the delivery/collection drivers and the office/booking staff is exemplary, they also speak English very well.

Very happy with service we received from Flamenca - price for hire was v competative -liked the fact there are no hidden costs -price includes everything. Very smooth pick up from Murcia airport . Will use again

The team in Flamenca are fantastic, very professional and extremely helpful, from the ladies in the office administration to the guys managing the cars , cannot fault them

We booked a year of airport parking with Flamenca after hiring cars from them (also excellent by the way) they are helpful, professional and trustworthy and we are booking our second year with then shortly - I would not hesitate to recommend them to look after your car on an annual parking contract

Great company always reliable.

When we arrived in Murcia Flamenca parking were waiting for us, after we dropped it in Alicante last time, we were shown how to pay the car park fee and wished a good day. On returning our car we had a text the night before to confirm the time and, when we arrived at the airport to drop the car, the guy was really lovely, wishing us a good morning and having a pleasant conversation before wishing us a good flight.
All in all a great service and lovely people. Would highly recommend 👍

We have been customers of Flamenca cars for a year now. They give a first class service. Would recommend them to anybody who needs to park at the airport.

I have been using flamenco cars for a couple of years, their customer service is brilliant as is their meet & greet at the airport/s. With respect to the vehicles I certainly appreciate that the price you see is the price you pay i.e. no hidden costs I certainly recommend them. Peter Macro.

Excellent service always available to help would highly recommend !

Excellent service. So easy to use. Highly recommended

Great company to deal with as all the paper work is completed online before you travel so it is so quick to collect the car at the airport. Also easy to return the car at the airport. Will always try to use Flamenca Cars.

Dream to deal with..no hours lost in the airport queuing up to be upsold upgrades and Insurances that you don't need..very professional meet you in the car park and hand over the keys. No endless paperwork. Other companies might appear cheaper but they are not and just lure you in with the lower price to nail you at the airport or afterwards when they debit your credit card for all sorts of made up charges. I'll always use Flamenca from now on. Top top quality

Friendly efficient service. Easy communications.

Friendly helpful and prompt staff. Would highly recommend this service.

Flamenca cars is the only car hire company that I use. They are very competitive, there are no hidden extras like some other companies charge the price they quote is the price you pay. Very reliable, friendly & professional.

I've used flamenca cars on numerous occasions from Murcia Airport. I have always received excellent service. Even if there is a problem with the car they will bring a replacement to you straight away. I would highly recommend them.

We've used Flamenca parking for the last 12 months on a dual airport contract. I cannot pick any fault with the service they provide. Always there whatever time you arrive/depart and so easy to communicate with.
We did not hesitate when it came to renewing for another 12 month contract!!
