A very big thank you to Sarah for organising a really enjoyable and highly recommendable skiiing holiday for my family.

From my first interaction with Sarah she was highly personable, super responsive and patient (sharing information with me out of hours to ensure I had everything I needed to make a decision on what type of hotel location to choose on our holiday).
Shes experienced in her job and listened attentively to our ‘fluctuating needs’ to curate a holiday that exactly matched what we wanted which is why we will return to Sarah again to rebook.
We’ve traveled a lot over the years and booked via travel agents but none delivered the level of customer experience similar to Sarah. You can’t underestimate the personal touch, taking time out to email us her own experience of the hotel where we were going, wishing us well before we left, sending us a postcard after our trip …simple gestures that differentiates flagstone travel from offering a service versus a memorable experience! Ski4All Wales is an adaptive ski club and Sarah and her team have organised numerous adaptive ski trips for us over the last 10 years. Sarah helped us book an amazing 2 week holiday in Thailand. Sarah was an absolute godsend when it came to organizing a belated 60th birthday treat trip for my mum and three of her friends to Sicily. I work long hours and just don't have time to trawl the internet weighing up options. Sarah did all the leg work for me and put together various packages for me to choose from. The hotel was perfect and the flights and car hire all went very smoothly. Most importantly my mum loved it and really enjoyed herself. So big thanks to Flagstone and Sarah in particular for helping me put a smile on my mum's face! I will definitely be using Flagstone for the next trip!

What an incredible two and a half weeks. I was completely bowled over by the whole experience. The honeymoon was a surprise and having spoken to my husband post he and Sarah from Flagstone spent a lot of time working on potential ideas and itineraries to get the perfect trip. And what a trip it was. 4 days at The Outpost in the Northern Kruger, it was just mind blowing. I have never done safari before and can say I’m a totally convert. I cannot recommend it enough.
We then flew to the Seychelles and spent a few days and The Banyan Tree then the remainder on Denis Island. AMAZING!
Sarah was incredible as well as she ensured that all the places knew about my specific dietary requirements and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well. We were spoilt from start to finish, thank you Flagstone!

With minimal experience of the Greek islands prior to our honeymoon the flagstone team gave us great advice on destinations and accommodation within our budget. Just how significant the advice of the flagstone team was became apparent only during our holiday in santorini. The sun rocks hotel and it’s perfect location made for a blissful week. This would not have been the case without the help of the flagstone team and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Flagstone arranged our honeymoon to the Seychelles. The iteinery that they put together was abolutely brilliant. They uncovered hidden gems that we would have never found on our own, and handled everything from transfers, internal flights and special arrangements. The whole expereience was seemless, and I cannot recommend the team at Flagstone highly enough!

Sarah helped us book a last minute holiday to Crete and was fantastic - super-quick to respond, always available and working patiently and enthusiastically to meet our requirements for a perfect trip. Thank you so much!

Mike has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has put together an excellent holiday taking care of everything. Communication was always quick and he had some great ideas, I will be in touch soon with another request.

Mike booked our ski holiday this year and we had a fantastic time. We got a great deal in a catered chalet, BA flights at nice times and private transfers to and from resort. The whole holiday ran very smoothly and was one of the best ski holiday I’ve been on in years! Would definitely book with flagstone again

Flagstone Travel organised an amazing ski holiday for us this year to Val D'Isere. Everything went without a hiccup and Mike at Flagstone couldn't be more helpful in arranging everything, allowing us to enjoy our holiday with no stress. We stayed in a lovely chalet in the centre of town which was perfect for our group. Will definitely book through Flagstone again

Mike was exceptional. He guided us through our options with professionalism and care. We ended up booking a fantastic ski week with Flagstone. Mike ensured all our needs were met by finding us a centrally located and charming chalet. The whole process was easy and Mike made sure everyone in the group (8 people in total!) were informed about the logistics of the trip.
