Waste of time and money
Allowed me to purchase an item that was sold out, 12 days later I'm still waiting for a refund. Shouldn't allow people to purchase items if they've sold out. Waste of time and money.

We appreciate that it is annoying that your item had just been sold in one of our shops, when you placed your order on the website. We are working towards instant live updates on the website.
As per the message on the website, any orders received on/after 24th December would be posted on 3rd January when our offices re-opened after the Christmas break. We emailed you and processed your refund on 3rd when we re-opened. If you have not received the refund please contact your bank, as it is processed at our end.

Apologies for the quality of the item. Our packages are checked by two members of staff so a scratched item should clearly not have been sent to you.
We do include a contact card in the delivery box so if there any problems with the order its best to contact us directly. If we don't know about the issue we cannot help to rectify it.
We have refunded the item for you.

Great service, received recorded within three days. Nicely presented in a lovely gift box and bag. So pleased with our purchase and would certainly be happy to order from them again.

Excellent presentation
Online ordering and finding what I wanted was easy, delivery was reasonable although tracking could be better.
The items arrived well packed and outstandingly well presented, a gift bag a beautiful case and a little bag for smaller items. If you're buying as a present it will look amazing.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings from this company for Christmas and for a 60th birthday present. The total amount I paid was £116.
The recipient of the 60th birthday present gave them back to me. The silver on the post, that goes through the ear, had come off and it gave her a swollen, tender ear. She had worn it for a total of 5 days.
I contacted the company and sent photos but they refused to do anything about it.
I understand their hygiene policies and earrings are all "non-refundable". However, the item is defective. There is no coating on the post. After 2 emails and my last one asking the company to refer my complaint to management, I have heard nothing.
So I'm £116 down and due to give 2 pairs of earrings as Christmas presents, without being sure if they will have a similar reaction. I would look elsewhere if I was you.

Your order was dispatched on16th. We sent an email with the tracking details.
We have checked the tracking and it shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 17th at 11:10am but no-one was in.
It also shows that you contacted Royal Mail at 19:13 arranging another delivery time.
So hopefully the package is with you now.
It's always best to contact us directly if there is an issue, we can then try to help you. The majority of reviews on TrustPilot point out we have a great customer service team on hand to help with issues.
Perhaps you will reconsider your 1/5 review as it can be very damaging to a small business like ours.
