First class, cheap, double quick service!

Best price around, easy to order, arrived quickly, brilliant

Really easy website to order from.

Ordered 8 car safe hammers, and the order process randomly added on a 9th. Upon receipt of the order confirmation email, I emailed them to highlight this and to get the order amended back to 8.
No response.
The 9 safe hammers arrived, and they charged me for 9.
I emailed again. No response.
I emailed again and received an email asking me about my 'failed delivery'. What on earth? Useless, absolutely useless.
I emailed again, stating that my issue was not a 'failed delivery' and that they should read my emails properly. All I need to know is how to return this item free of charge, and be assured that a refund will be promptly made. No response.
So, here I am, writing a review as I now have a product I do not want, but for which I have been charged.

Update 2nd May: Fixra has contacted me to issue a refund. Good that this issue is fnally being addressed, but not good that my initial emails were ignored and not read properly. As a result, I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

First parcel arrived on time but one of the paint tins had leaked sent me another parcel,all arrived on time fantastic service will use again

The delivery was on time. I had the glow plug sign on the dashboard. After I inserted the Turbo cleaner it made a slight improvement.

Good price, quick delivery but my order was badly packed and a tub of ceramic grease was cracked open. The grease was contaminated with bits of plastic but once cleaned up the other contents were OK. I reported the problem and a replacement tub of grease was sent same day and delivered the next day.

I'm giving Fixra five stars because they sorted out the problem quickly and without any hassle.
