Amazing customer service!!

I had a problem with the software I ordered - completely USER ERROR!! and not a problem with the actual software itself. I am located in Alberta Canada, and Mark was quick to reply to my email inquiry and set up a time to work on my computer & got me up and running within minutes. I then had a computer crash a few days later that messed up some of what he had already configured, and again, he had me back up and running within 24 hours of my email. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & PATIENCE FROM MARK!! I can't recommend Tools4car highly enough. If you want a great product with phenomenal customer service (the most important part!), then purchase with confidence from Tools4car. You will be glad you did!

Elsa uses an outdated virtual machine that is incompatible with newer systems. This means you will be unable to connect to the internet or print pages.
