Bought tickets months ago for the March 21st Hamilton date. Closer to event I couldn't find my e-tickets in my e-mail. Got hold of a FIXR agent and...BOOM! Had a quick response and my tickets. Event location was very cool. Not too sure they did so much of the 80's or 90's but the crowd was probably more suited for the 2000's because they were all born in the 2000's! I was for sure one of the older women at the event getting her groove on! It was a rush and reminded me of how much I used to club. I still love to dance and feel everyone's joy on the dance floor. (not in a pervy way) lol.

The money from my account had already gone off my account. We managed to book other tickets and emailed FIXR for a refund of the tickets. The team was helpful and responded to my email and assured me that the funds would be refunded. The turn around time for the refund was 3-12 business days and the payment was made within 3 days.

I had an issue with a failed transfer ticket process and had to get in touch with the support team and they were very helpful. They were able to help me get the ticket that was lost in the process. Now I have all my tickets and excited to attend the event. The agents that helped me were so kind, patient and helpful. I’m pretty happy with their customer service. Once again, thank you so much.
