these guys are the best of the best of the best! Adam was the most helpful guy at solving all the problems my laptop had.....the BEST customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Asked them to look at an iPad with water damage. Very reasonable fee to check the cause of the problem (battery and display). Appears uneconomical to repair since data isn't an issue (to be honest I was expecting this but they at least told me what would be needed) and they sent it back Special Delivery as requested, so overall despite not having a fixed device, they did what they promised so very happy with service and would use again.

I have been dealing with Fixfactor for many years mainly for small computer or phone problems. I have always found them to be friendly professional and quick. Also they clearly explain what the problem is and you can be certain their price will be reasonable.
Will certainly keep using them

I needed to replace the battery on my OnePlus 7T and fixfactor were able to do this for me. Unfortunately the battery life of the replaced battery was poor. As soon as i told fixfactor about this they ordered a new battery and did another replacement at no extra charge. The new battery is working fine. Thanks a lot for your effective and helpful service!

Had to replace my iPhone 8 battery so made an appointment and went down and within 20 minutes all done. Great friendly service and excellent job done. Would highly recommend.

I rang Fixfactor in Wimbledon and my call was promptly taken by Adam (trust me, this is a rarity where most services do not even answer an online form after a week). We arranged to meet the same day and he clearly managed expectations in terms of price and time to repair. Adam clearly knew what he was doing and unlike many who simply replace items, he repaired the motherboard and then installed a new charge port and battery. He tested it in front of me and used another battery as he was not satisfied with the performance of the first replacement. Superb service and thank you Adam!

Great, they managed to figure out the issue with my phone camera and promplty repaired it. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. Can't recommend enough.

Before you think about getting a new phone really consider these guys. I have visited this place on three occasions (I have dropped my phone twice and recently my phone's USB stopped working).

On every occasion the staff have been wonderful! Polite, efficient (repairs within an hour, letting me know when the part will be delivered) and always delivered in their promise to fix my phone. I reccomend then highly!

I know unsuccessful results don't make good examples so why 5 stars ?
My phone was properly smashed at the start of lockdown
I tried two places who did nothing,
I finally got to see the Fixfactor guys showed true skill and professionalism
Gave my poor dead phone the best fighting chance
If I had seen them first I'm sure this would be a win
I hope I don't smash any future phones ,
I will have only one place in mind to go if it does

Excellent service for Lenovo Yoga Laptop. Have used these guys three times for separate issues. First they fixed a huge crack in my screen, then sorted out an issue with my conference calling on teams and zoom crashing, then sorted out a tracking issue on my mouse. Every single time, high quality, quick service and reasonable price. Highly recommended

I had a problem with the charging point on my iPhone. Fixed within an hour. Excellent and friendly service. Would highly recommend Fixfactor.

My phone had an unlucky drop and got this weird loop where it kept restarting itself. I wrote fixfactor and they had me sent my phone since it was a weird issue, localized the problem, fixed it and sent it back in less than a week. Its been a month and it still works perfectly, very good service :)
