Quick, great, phone works again

The service was excellent throughout.
I did however had my phone delayed due to the replacement part to be fitted turned out to be faulty.

Water damaged phone fixed promptly without complications. Would use again in a heartbeat

Very professional service. With Fixfactor I have fantastic experience.
They fixed my old Iphone run over by a car. I tried in four other shops and only the Fixfactor take on to reaper my old phone and rescue all my important data. It took 4 days but the phone is as new.

These guys are fantastic! So helpful, friendly, and fast. I’ve been to repair shops where they look down their noses or are just rude, but the people at FixFactor always have a smile and nice word, no matter how silly you’ve been. And their work is beautiful. They fixed my cracked iPad glass with a tempered glass, and it works better than it did before the break. I absolutely recommend them.

Excellent service. Extremely pleasant. Fixed charging port of Moto G4+ in a couple of hours.

The battery on my HTC10 phone was dying but I found out it is not an easy phone to get into and repair so if you can find anyone to do the job, it is expensive. I rang Raphone who said fhey could change the battery and I travelled over to their Wimbledon shop the following morning. It took two hours and cost £118 as they quoted (included a new screen) but now have a working phone again. Very professional, helpful guys who are keen to provide a good service. Recommended.

Found Raphone on Google as I was looking to get my old Nexus 6P battery replaced. I posted it on Saturday morning and it was back with me on the Tuesday. The phone is in perfect condition, the service was super quick and, if I ever need a phone repaired again, Raphone will be top of my list! Totally recommend.

I just wanted to say that this company completely astonished me, their service was super fast, I posted it on Monday, they emailed to say received on Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday and I have just received it back! I broke my Honor 8X's display three days ago and I was desperate (I bought it in November), I've also tried with the Honor/Huawei service but they need a very long time to repair it.
So, I've found Raphone during a desperate search on Google, basically, they are the only company in London that could help me!
I got an appointment and I went to the shop...Ladies and Gentleman, I had the best service in my life, they take care of you from the beginning until the reparation is done!

Smashed the glass on my iPad and damaged the corner when it hit a tiled floor. Needed it fixed fast. Good indication of pricing on the website. Ra Phone booked me in the same day and repair took exactly as long as they said it would. Glass replaced and they managed to make the corner look a lot better than it did before which saved replacing another part. That was mid Dec and a month later iPad is working beautifully and good as new. Much cheaper than Apple and service is faster and better. Would absolutely recommend.
