I would prefer to give zero stars!
After I ordered on November 15, 2021 I still didn't got a tracking number or anything until December 8, I got suspicious. After a short email from Anna from the support team, they said that there are currently delays because the main warehouse is having problems. So far so good, I have no problem with a shipment taking a little longer especially before Christmas. Anna said my shipment was "in process" and that takes up to 5 days. After the 5 days I still had no feedback. I had contact with Anna again on December 16th, now she said my shipment was shipped out and it would take 1-5 days for them to give me a shipping number.
I have not heard anything new until today.
Don't be fooled, this is the most ridiculous scam!!!!

I placed an order 9th Nov as a xmas present for my son. After many emails asking when i would receive the order was told the same excuses as others have stated on here. Christmas has passed & im still emailing & being told the same crap that they are waiting a tracking number- we all know you get that as soon as an item is collected. I've requested a refund & been advised it can take 6-12 working days - lets see. Wish i had taken heed of the bad reviews before i ordered. Dont even waste your time

I'm still waiting for an order I made on the 06/12/21. "Anna" Customer service scambot said on the 16/12/21 "rest assured it wont take more than a few days" to be shipped. Still no update.
WHAT I'D LIKE TO SAY IS TOO RUDE
I would give no stars if I could. All I can say is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If only I'd read the reviews before purchasing two jackets from them for my son. So, here's what's wrong -
1. the parcel took absolutely weeks to arrive.
2. I don't believe it came from Norway at all. Tracking the parcel showed a reference to China.
3. the logo on the front of the jackets was deceptively like the Patagonia one.
4. the jackets were horribly small - even the large (we ordered a medium and large to see which would be better).
5. it's hard work requesting a refund because they don't supply the address.
6. I finally got a response from "Anna" to say that the jackets were sale items and therefore not refundable.
I am disgusted with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The whole thing is very fishy.

I ordered a jacket on 05th of December as a Christmas present.
As I hadn't news about the shipment and they don't answer to my request about information, I asked for my money to be refund. I have sent them many emails and I have no answer.. For sure this is a scam.

I ordered the timber fleece jacket in black on 23rd November as it was intended to be a Xmas present.
The very next day I received an email saying that due to Black Friday and Christmas orders there would be a delay(unspecified). Since then I have had NO news and NO replies to my different emails. Since reading other people's experiences I know realize that the "company website" is a total scam. I have requested a full refund and intend to take legal action against them. I would welcome advice. Thank you.
This is an added paragraph posted on 12th January. I had paid the jacket via PayPal and sought them out to get a refund having given them proof of the various emails sent and efforts made ti contact fivestaroutfit. PAYPAL chose to refund me which I am grateful for and feel that it is an indication of what they feel cincerning this clothing company.

I am extremely disappointed with this brand - I ordered trousers on the 5th December and it said 6-10 working days delivery. It is now the 23rd December and these were supposed to be a Christmas present. To make this worse, I have not had a response from customer service which is extremely unhelpful.
Please can I have some help ASAP?

I’ve had no contact regarding my order. Ordered it On 17th November 2021, at the time it said 6-12 working days delivery, now 22nd December still awaiting my order, received an email 7 days after I orderedto say where will be a delay because of Black Friday, even know Black Friday wasn’t until 26th November. I emailed again on the 13th December to get an update and got email back that day to say the item is ready to be shipped and the order world be shipped that week and would receive a shipping notification, got nothing that week or since, so emailed again on 15th December and have had no resonse back from that email, even though it states request via email will be dealt with in 5 hours, so emailed again on the 20th and still haven’t heard anything, says on website live chat ever day from 3pm tried to go on that today 21st and there no online for chat. I’m extremely anxious as this is a Xmas gift and I don’t have the money to go out and buy new gifts in case this order doesn’t arrive, oh I had notice the changed the website to say delays due to Xmas. But this was after I placed my order.

I will upgrade this rating to a 5 if my trousers turn up. They have been replying to me which is good, once I ordered the trousers (Large / Grey) I got a confirmation saying I’d chosen XXL Black, so I sent a message to fix the problem and they said they couldn’t. They they cancelled the order then said I could ‘reorder’ again hmmmm’, then the next day they emailed me saying I had now ordered 2 items?
I just want my 1 item & a shipping code. I don’t mind waiting a month, I don’t even mind if the quality is bad at this point. I know it’s Christmas so must be busy but the miscommunication is terrible.

Ich möchte mich mit diesem Schreiben sowohl an Fivestaroutfit.com, als auch an viele andere Mode-Pages widmen, denn die meisten Seiten versuchen bloß, dir das Geld aus den Taschen zu ziehen. Internetseiten, Seriosität der Gestaltung, Bewerbung der Marke etc mag ja alles schön und vertraulich aussehen, ist aber meistens nur eine täuschende Fassade mit viel Betrug dahinter. Oft klauen solche Seiten auch einfach Produkt-Bilder von anderen, seriösen Seiten, um diese dann als „deren Produkte“ zu präsentieren. Gerade bei sozialen Medien / Plattformen wie etwa Instagram oder Facebook poppen immer wieder solche Ads auf, oft sind es leider wie oben angesprochen nur Fake-Marken / Unternehmen. Ob Modeartikel oder andere Produkte, das Betrugsmodell sieht bei allen ziemlich ähnlich aus.
Um mal eben auf Fivestaroutfit zurückzukommen:
Die Internetseite von denen sieht ziemlich trust-safe aus, was mich deshalb auch davon überzeugt hat, dort eine Cordhose in L für 60 Euro zu kaufen.
Hab die Seite durch nen Instagram-Ad entdeckt und direkt zugeschlagen, ohne vllt mal auf die Idee zu kommen, mich über die Seriösität zu informieren. Bin halt leider manchmal zu naiv…
Naja, aus Fehlern lernt man, denn weiterführend, wie viele es hier ebenfalls beschreiben, kam einfach nichts an, nur eine Mail, in der irgendein Jan Pillemann Otze mir sagen will, dass es auf Grund von Black Friday / Weihnachten usw leider zu Verzögerungen meiner Bestellung gekommen ist und diese erst am Ende des Jahres (also jz irgendwann lol) geliefert werden kann. Hab dann kurze Zeit später an den Support geschrieben und am nächsten Tag von der lieben Anna, die sich hier auf Trustpilot mit ihrer Supportteam Konkurrentin um die beschissenere Supportleistungsplatzierung streiten kann, eine nett formulierte Email bekommen, in der sie berichtet, dass meine Bestellung „AUF EINMAL“ doch ready is, verschifft zu werden. Geil, krieg ich nach 2 Monaten wahrscheinlich eine ziemlich billig-produzierte Chinohose in XS statt einer Cordhose in L. Danke Japan, danke Fivestaroutfit und alle anderen Betrügerpages, dass ihr hier soo viele Menschen glücklich macht 😍
Leergeld is immer nervig, aber drücken wir uns Fallentestern mal die Daumen, dass wir am Ende wenigstens irgendeinen Fetzen Stoff in den Händen halten können ;)

Warte seit 5 Wochen auf meine Bestellung! Als ich mein Geld zurück haben wollte, wurde mir dies versagt. Ein lumpiger Gutschein wurde mir angeboten für meine nächste Bestellung 😆 Als ob Ich dort jemals wieder Etwas bestellen würde. Kauft bloß nichts in diesem Shop!

Do not buy from this site, they took my 100€+ and are not replying to my emails after a vague message that "they are experiencing delays". I've had many shipments arrive recently from other companies and at the very least they communicated better than this radio silence. Either they are SCAMMERS or terrible at their job or both.

The customer support is an absolute cheek. I tried to cancel my order after a few hours, because I unfortunately read too late about the poor quality of the products. I got a prompt reply but the support only wanted to know why I wanted to cancel my order. After that I did not get an answer for two days. Then I got another request why the order should be canceled. Again two days later I get the answer that a placed order can not be changed or canceled. Hereby I would like to warn all. Simply RIP-OFF, because if the products arrive at all, the quality is simply poor.

Advertise some nice pieces and advertises it as their own merchandise but it turns out they ship these strange Chinese non brand items and it took around 6 weeks to arrive. The fleece is nice but I wouldn't recommend the site, just search aliexpress or something.

Der Kundensupport ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich habe meine Bestellung versucht nach ein paar Stunden zu stornieren, da ich leider zu spät über die schlechte Qualität der Produkte gelesen habe. Ich habe auch prompt eine Antwort bekommen aber der Support wollte nur wissen wieso ich meine Bestellung stornieren möchte. Danach habe ich zwei Tage keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Dann kam noch mal eine Nachfrage wieso die Bestellung storniert werden soll. Wieder zwei Tage später bekomme ich jetzt die Antwort das eine aufgegebene Bestellung nicht geändert oder storniert werden kann. Hiermit möchte ich alle warnen. Einfach nur ABZOCKE, denn wenn die Produkte überhaupt ankommen ist die Qualität einfach nur schlecht.

They sent me the wrong size and no customer support
I ordered a L size pants. The order arrived after more than 3 weeks and was wrong! Sending me the XL size. I contact the customer service and after a week I still receive the same reply asking the pictures of the wrong item and screen of order confirmation. I sent it 3 times and still nothing! I'm still waiting... bad bad experience.
