Your monthly weight loss membership fee provides access to a Provider, Care Team support, weight loss medication options, a nutrition plan, and a workout plan. We also work directly with your insurance to help obtain coverage for your preferred weight loss medication. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we may be able to prescribe a non-GLP medication, which is included with your membership, or a GLP medication for an additional cost

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could.
I was charged $1,569.00 after I specifically asked to cancel my “membership”. I did not authorize this charge and have been unable to get anyone to help resolve it. Whether I leave a voicemail, email, use the app etc.
I tried to cancel the “membership” and was given no actual way to do so. They state you can cancel by “managing your subscription” but you can’t even get to that option. You’re forced to leave a 5 star review and still can’t get through.. Your only option is to refill or delay. I have clicked the cancellation link they provided so many times at this point I’ve lost count, only to be redirected to the same review page. This is completely unacceptable. You’re taking advantage of hundreds and thousands of people, myself included.
How is anyone supposed to cancel a membership when there is no cancellation option, no accessible customer service, and then charge you over $1500 after you’ve already requested cancellation?
I feel completely robbed, and I still cannot get anyone to take responsibility or help resolve this. As I’m sure, so many other innocent people can relate.
I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before giving this company your payment information. Keep records of every cancellation request and every charge. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Have sent messages on the Patient portal, get the same answer every time. Have called the number for customer service told to leave a message. Not getting answers Very dissatisfied!!!!

I liked being able to explain my skin concerns through the app and get guidance from home. It was easy to use, and I liked not having to make an in-person visit.

I had been putting off getting help with my weight because finding time for appointments was difficult. I decided to try FitRx online, and the process was much easier than expected. I completed the consultation from home, discussed my concerns, and received guidance on possible treatment options. It made getting started feel less overwhelming.

They're always there when you need them for me to talk to somebody they get right back to you. And they made it possible so I can get monthly instead of paying for three or six months at a time which I really appreciate

Unauthorized Charges-run away!
I subscribed in May and after being told by my rheumatologist that I can’t be on GLP-1s, I let them know and wanted to cancel. I received a message saying they would forward my message to their billing team. It never went anywhere and I continued to be charged even though I never received any medication because I never completed my order due to my rheum’s advice. I was charged 4 times at $135 and when I asked for a refund they denied me every penny because my subscription was active. I had looked everywhere for a place to cancel in the beginning and there was nothing, which is why I messaged them to cancel. Suddenly when they denied my refund there was a place to cancel. Run away from this company- they basically robbed me and said it was my fault. Unprofessional and sneaky.
