So, you might find your question being answered by the person that designed your plan, or researched the science that led to a recommendation you've asked about, or our CEO or COO if something hasn't quite gone to plan. Huge disappointment, conned me
I was so excited about this product when I first saw it. I paid to upload my DNA test results (have ancestry DNA results) but it didn’t work. I reached out to customer services more than 5 times over a 1.5 months about the situation, and then later about a refund, but NO ONE ever replied to me. I never heard back from anyone and still have not. It’s been months.
I felt very conned so I needed to reach out to my credit card company about it. It was very disappointing as I truly was so excited about the product.

After reviewing our records, it seems that only one query reached our support desk, which was promptly addressed by our client services manager on the 7th March. However, we did not receive a response from you.

Great DNA Analysis Tool for Health
I have been learning a lot of new things about my body from just uploading a DNA file. They update and add new traits over time as well. What I appreciate the most are the action steps they provide so that I can actually do something to improve my health.

Continued advancements and information
Continued advancements and information. I first joined fitness genes in 2014. The information they provide is first rate and continues to improve with more advancements as they come out. So even though it's been years, I continue to get new updated information. The workout plans are top notch and definitely work with my DNA rather than against it.
